Excelent day plan to visit the area. Started with the kind and effective instructions and advice of Markus (Thanks again) . Bikes are simple but you won’t need more because route it’s almost flat. Two minor bad things 1) there are no bike paths, and some parts of the route- few and not long- are in heavy traffic roads. I would not recommend for families with small kids. 2) the route runs between high walls of trees and plants at both sides of the road in many places, that rest interest because can’t see landscape. We lunch at beautiful Balfour Winery and made a cafe with a delicious chocolate cake at Silocks Farm & Cafe Great day, fully recommend!
We had an absolutely wonderful time riding our bikes to visit nearby Sissinghurst. The owner Marcus was lovely, encouraging, and patient as we got used to the GPS app and fitting our bikes. We only wish we had more time!
Had problems with bike the brakes won't working and the saddle with loose had problems bikeing but got there in the end not. Good
We had spent an amazing day cycling around beautiful countryside, stopping at two wineries, a pub and brewery. We chose the full day option, and we enjoyed it so much our only afterthought was that we wished the day didn’t have to end. I’m sure it helped we had beautiful weather. The route is great and as a person who is a bit anxious going on fast roads I can honestly say it’s kept down to minimum. I appreciate the advice given at the beginning and you certainly have to be careful on turn, specially if there is a tractor coming :) Getting to e-bike hire went smooth, we took a taxi from Headcorn station, it’s only 3-4 minutes and you can pay card at their office at the station. I would recommend this to anyone, we went as a couple but are looking forward to coming back with our families!

We had a fantastic day on the electric bikes!! The route is absolutely glorious, an easy ride with beautiful countryside, we stopped at 2 great wineries and had a great pub lunch (Three Chimneys, Biddenden). Marcus was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be back!

I would thoroughly recommend using The Electric Bike Centre if you want a ride out in beautiful countryside. The route for the vineyards was excellent with quiet roads and lovely scenery. The bikes are easy to ride and well maintained, Marcus who owns the company is both pleasant and knowledgable and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. A very pleasant day out

Cycled using photo guide provided by the operator. Went to Balfour Winery for platter lunch and wine. It was lovely. The lanes and narrow roads were quiet and safe.

Marcus was so helpful and kind. We took a train to Headcorn from London and he offered to pick us up from the station which was so wonderful and unexpected. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and was able to easily find Sissinghurst Gardens and a wonderful pub for lunch. Marcus supplied us with detailed maps and various routes to explore. Heartedly recommend!!
