Selbstgeführte Audiotour – Die Legenden von Palma

Honestly, the level of disorganization and disregard from Soundwalkrs is unbelievable. I made the purchase in advance, received a generic voucher, and from that point on, I started a marathon of attempts to get in touch that only led to frustration. They simply don’t answer, don’t respond, and when they finally do, it’s to say that there’s no availability — as if that were the customer’s problem and not a direct result of their complete incompetence. They sell a service, promise to deliver a ticket, and then disappear when it’s time to actually deliver. And the customer is left to deal with the consequences. The least any company should have is commitment to what they’ve sold. But with Soundwalkrs, all I encountered was bad faith, disorganization, and an absurd lack of professionalism. I lost my time, my patience, and I was scammed. I planned my day, spent money on transportation, and in the end, I didn’t get access to what I paid for. And the worst part? They offered no solution. The standard response “no more availability” is a joke — how can you sell something you don’t have? That’s deceiving the customer! I don’t recommend this company to anyone. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking anything with Soundwalkrs: don’t! It’s a trap. Terrible service, nonexistent support, and a complete lack of respect for those who pay in advance expecting professionalism and get contempt in return.

The only thing we really learned from the audio tour was that Saint Eulalia was a 13 year old Christian Martyr and was buried here and then moved. There wasn’t a whole lot to see walking around the city. I recommend visiting the cathedral for sure!!

Waste of money, could t follow it at all. Learned loads from E-bike tour and Segway tour. No need to do this as well.

I was expecting great tales and lots of history and this was minimally provided. The walk was pleasant and included some places that could be overlooked but it was underwhelming.

First let me say I loved this! Also this does not include entrance to any of the places. I loved the fact that for literally a fraction of the cost of booking a tour we were able to walk through downtown Mallorca and view beautiful buildings while listening to the history of the town. It automatically starts once you are in range of the sites it is programmed to tell you about, as long as you have the app open and location services turned on. Also feel free to walk off the path and look around if it’s open to the public go in and enjoy it some of my pictures are from places around the palace and cathedral or that we passed walking to the other locations. There’s a map in the app that will help you find your way to the next spot so no worries. If you’re not big on being in groups of people you don’t know, trying to listen to a tour guide translate into multiple languages, this is the tour for you. There are 3 for downtown Mallorca but they all talk about some of the same places just different people with different tales from the past. Introverts this is the tour for you! Take your camera, put your headphones in and enjoy the day! Make sure to hit some shops while your in downtown as well!
