Unser Besuch beginnt am Opernplatz neben dem Teatro Real, und wir besuchen den ältesten Teil der Hauptstadt, einschließlich des Königspalasts, der Kathedrale, der Plaza de la Villa, eines der ältesten der Stadt... Die Tour selbst ist unterhaltsam und voller Geheimnisse mit Anekdoten, Mysterien und Geschichten, die selbst die Einheimischen kennen.

It was a fantastic experience, from the moment Alen welcomed us to the tour itself, not to mention the beautiful ride through the historic district of beautiful Madrid. We’ll definitely be back to book another tour. Thank you, Alen and Madrid Segway.
This company is a compete con - they messaged to cancel on the day as it was going to rain (it didn’t) said not safe to go out but all other Segway companies working still. Asked me to cancel on the app to get refund but as less than 24hrs would have meant I lost my money despite them being the ones cancelling. Not answering messages about refund
Encourage the instructor/guide was wonderful. Super attentive and attentive to my children and me at all times. It made us the excursion super entertaining and we will not forget the experience.
Fantastic is the word I would like to start with. I have heard people saying ‘this is not for me’. Wrong, it suits anybody, you do not need skills, fitness or special ability. I have done a few Segway tours, but I loved this one. First: our guide, Allan. He explained and supervised the riding better than I had seen before, he was knowledgeable (hey, I know Madrid fairly well myself) and funny. The ride was a great experience (and it was raining!). Segway is a great way to get to know a city and I would recommend this tour.
Great experience on Segways with informative guide. We really enjoyed it but saw a lot of Retiro area and was hoping for more historical locations.
We scheduled a tour for 4. Apparently, they had over booked a big student tour at the same time. The employees worked really hard to get us a tour at our scheduled time, they even went to another company around the corner, which they had time for us. Jesus was our guide and was amazing. We had a wonderful segway tour. Lots of laughs, giggles and information told to us by Jesus.
We had an absolute blast with Alan for our Segway tour! It was me and the family my husband and our two kids ( age 10 and 14). At first three of us, who had never said Wade before, we’re a little nervous… But Alan helped us get comfortable and gave us an incredible tour of Madrid. We had so much fun and got to learn a lot about this beautiful city. He gave us tips of where to go when we waited to start (delicious churros and chocolate) and places to go the rest of the time that we were in Madrid (parks and city centers and more). We were incredibly jet lagged, but are so glad we started our trip with this tour. Thanks, Alan! We won’t forget you.
Very well organised. Our flight was cancelled and they were really flexible to change our booking to next day, also coordinated with the weather as much as possible. The guides were informative, friendly and caring. Was lots of fun!
Miguel was an excellent guide! He exercised caution while navigating us through the busy streets. His knowledge of Spanish history is most impressive. This activity is a must do when visiting Spain!
There was an issue with the company not receiving our booking from TA -but the manager sorted it. Hour delay but had private tour with Miguel and loved it. Great way to see a bit of the city. Defo recommend.
