Der Chafariz de El-Rei war der erste öffentliche Zapfhahn der Stadt und stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert.

Praça do Comércio, auch heute noch unter seinem früheren Namen Terreiro do Paço bekannt, ist ein Platz in der Innenstadt von Lissabon, der sich neben dem Fluss Tejo befindet, in der Gegend, in der sich etwa zwei Jahrhunderte lang der Palast der Könige von Portugal befand die heute teilweise von einigen Regierungsstellen besetzt ist. Er ist einer der größten Plätze Europas.
Pier vom Ende des s. XVIII, mit 2 Säulen, die eine Marmortreppe flankieren, und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang entlang des Flusses Tejo.
Um die gesetzliche Zeit für die Stadt und insbesondere für die im Tejo vor Anker liegenden Schiffe herauszugeben, wurde 1914 in der Gegend von Cais do Sodré ein Wachhaus gebaut, das mit einer mechanischen Uhr ausgestattet war, die direkt über ein elektrisches Kabel mit dem astronomischen Observatorium von Lissabon verbunden war ( OAL)
Das Arsenal der Marine von Lissabon war ein industrieller Schiffbau- und Reparaturbetrieb der portugiesischen Marine in Lissabon. Das Arsenal stammt aus dem Mittelalter
Die Nachbarschaft der renovierten Docks bietet Restaurants, Clubs und andere lebhafte Aktivitäten.

Eine Hängebrücke, die 1966 von der US Steel Company gebaut wurde und die Stadt Lissabon mit dem Südufer des Tejo verbindet, neben dem kürzlich errichteten Denkmal für Christus den König (Cristo-Rei).
Dieser Platz beherbergt den Sitz des Rathauses und des Rates von Lissabon – in seiner Mitte befindet sich der Pranger von Lissabon, eine gemeißelte Steinsäule mit symbolischer politischer, administrativer und gerichtlicher Bedeutung.

We did a Segway tour as a family and had a really great time. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable, sharing interesting insights along the way and making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to explore Lisbon.

David the guide was great. He gave us some time to practice and took pictures and videos for us. Then he led us through the old town and made a few stops with in-depth explanations of the sites. We have a great time.

We started off as first-time Segway riders and at the end of the 2 hour session we were tackling some of Lisbon's steepest hill.s Cristiano was excellent. As well as being a great instructor, he also gave us a history lesson on Portugal and Lisbon.

We booked 2 hours private tour, Chris was our guide, really nice and patient- exceptionally cautious when comes to security. We have done the small tour alongside the river and back with a glimpse of Alfama quarter. I would recommend to come 15 minutes in advance because otherwise you are gone shorten your trip. Otherwise great way to explore Lisbon that has a lot of hills 😀 I recommend 👌

This was one of the best things we did in Lisbon. David was excellent, taught us quickly how to ride segways, made us feel and ease and showed us some lovely sights we would have otherwise missed. My kids are 12 and 15, they loved it.

SO glad we did this! We booked this last minute, the day before we left for Lisbon. We wanted an activity for the Sunday, and chose a 10:00 start time. Apparently, Sunday mornings in Lisbon are very quiet, as we were the only 2 people on the tour. David was our guide, from Euro Segways, and made the tour both interesting and fun. The segways are pretty easy to get the hang of, with very little learning curve. David gave a very thorough safety briefing before he let us zoom around and practice before we hit the streets. He even took pictures and videos with our phone as we practiced. We stopped at all the hot spots for explananations, even getting off the segway a few times to walk around, and take pictures. Our only regret was not booking the tour for 3 hours instead of 2. If the group were any larger than just the 2 of us, the extra hour would have definitely been a good idea.
