Reiseverlauf

Awesome experience. The guides are great!!
Absolutely outstanding! Jordan and Mark were excellent guides. They made us so comfortable and they shared extra information that made the trip fantastic!
Amazing and beautiful experience. I travelled to Sedona solo so ensuring that I could explore safely was a top priority. This trip was so fun and exciting and the guide was so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely recommend!
Spent about 2.5 hours driving around seeing different sites and getting a little education along the way. Jordan was fantastic tour guide and our family of four had a great time. Very dusty so we would recommend long sleeved shirts! Definitely recommend!
I was so nervous to do this but Jordan, our tour guide, was so supportive. He often asked if I was doing ok and if I needed anything. Had a great time! Would definitely do it again.
We love hearing this. A lot of first-time riders show up a little nervous, and helping them feel comfortable is a big part of the experience. Glad you had such a great time on Sedona’s only guided ATV tour, and even better that you’d do it again. Thanks for riding with Arizona ATV Adventures.
This guided ATV tour takes you through prairies and back country west of Sedona. It does not go through Sedona itself, populated areas, or mountainous areas. It starts with a 20 - 30 minute tutorial and intro period where staff teach you how to operate their ATVs, of which they use versions that are relatively low powered, smaller, easier to operate. I was not pleased that staff require to pay an additional $19 when you arrive at the facility. This hidden cost, not built into the reservation, is presented at the last minute after you've already paid the original fee and traveled all the way to their office. Surely a violation of Arizona truth in pricing laws. Staff claimed "Trip Advisor cannot collect the tourism fees and taxes for us" but they could easily increase the advertised price by $19 to be more transparent and not surprise guests with an extra fee after they already paid the advertised fee. After completing training and putting on safety equipment, staff ask you to follow their truck in your own car to a prairie on the outskirts of western Sedona where you drive in caravan style along dirt roads through the countryside. The roads are relatively flat, safe for pickup trucks and SUVs. This is not an off-road experience. You are not allowed to drive on your own or leave the caravan of ATVs. This is a low-risk, low-excitement, beginner-friendly tour. I would recommend it for people who have never driven an ATV, do not like rugged roads, and do not want challenging or exciting course. It's more like the choo-choo train at an amusement park than a roller coaster. I really liked our tour guide, Tyler, who had a great way of talking to guests, educating and helping them, cracking jokes, and telling us about the area. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and attentive the whole time. Tyler was probably the best part of the tour, candidly told me the ride would stay rather mild, but referred me to some other options if I wanted a more mountainous and adventurous ATV ride.
Thank you for the detailed feedback and for the kind words about Tyler. We’re glad he helped make the experience enjoyable and took good care of your group. Our guided ATV tour is designed to be accessible to first-time riders while still getting guests out into Sedona’s western backcountry. Adventure means different things to different people, and many of our guests enjoy the opportunity to explore the landscape, learn about the area, and spend time on the trail with a local guide. We also want to clarify that the trail stewardship fee and fuel surcharge are disclosed during the booking process and collected separately at check-in. We’re glad Tyler made such a positive impression. Part of his job is helping guests find the experience that’s right for them, whether that’s a guided ATV tour like this one or another type of off-road adventure.
Tom and Jorden were extremely professional and informative! They were safety conscious and FUN! Would do this again !!
That’s exactly why we love guided ATV tours! First-time riders and seniors can still get out there, feel supported, and have a blast on the trails. Tom and Jordan will be so glad to hear they made you feel safe, confident, and ready to do it again. Thanks for choosing Arizona ATV Adventures.
Our guides were terrific and helped us get through some initial anxiety. It was fun and the views were great. Be prepared to get dusty. Were both seniors and managed it just fine
We love hearing this. <3 A lot of guests arrive a little nervous, especially first-time riders, and helping them feel comfortable is a big part of the experience. Glad you enjoyed the trails, the views, and proved that adventure doesn’t have an age limit. Thanks for riding with Arizona ATV Adventures.
Jordan and Tom were excellent. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and the area we were exploring. They also gave us a great dinner recommendation.
Nothing beats a guide who can help with both the trail and dinner plans. Glad Jordan and Tom helped make it a fun afternoon and shared a little local knowledge along the way. Thanks for riding with Arizona ATV Adventures.
Jacob and Tom was great. We loved this experience. You will get very dusty but it is worth it. So glad we did it
Dusty is definitely part of the experience out in Sedona’s backcountry. We’re glad it was worth it and that Jacob and Tom helped make the day such a memorable one. Thanks for riding with Arizona ATV Adventures.
