Due to extreme tiredness from an international trip, we decided last-minute to treat ourselves to a limo from O'Hare Airport to our Loop hotel. I found this company on an Internet search and am glad I picked them. Communication by Maria was excellent and timely, our driver was there on time and they switched baggage claim doors when we let them know which one we were closest to. The driver Andreas was friendly but not intrusive and handled rush hour traffic well, and the SUV was immaculate. We would definitely use this service again and are glad we found it.
