Treffen Sie uns im Monina Restaurant, um Ihr Abenteuer in Cozumel zu beginnen. Wir beginnen die Geschichte des Maya-Kakaos. Wir begrüßen und gehen für Schokolade Verkostung. Sie werden mit Kaffee oder Wasser begrüßt. Verkostung & Geschichte umfasst 23 Geschmacksrichtungen von Schokolade. Als nächstes Maya-Show. Sie werden einen traditionellen Maya Tanz und Ritual vor dem Tequila sehen! Jeder liebt die Geschichte der Herstellung und Geschmack der Aromen. Genießen Sie auch die Verkostung von hausgemachtem Honig, Salsa und Maya-Schokoladen. Zum Schluss saugen wir den Tequila mit einem lokalen Mittagessen auf.

Wir beginnen mit der Erkundung einer lokalen Schokoladenfabrik. Diese Erfahrung ist wie keine andere. Sie erhalten einen mexikanischen Begrüßungskaffee. Dann die Geschichte des Maya-Kakaos. Sie geben Ihnen so viele Proben der Schokoladen, die sie machen. (Auch zuckerfreie Schokolade). Fahren Sie mit der Herstellung von Schokolade fort, während Sie Ihre eigene Tafel Schokolade zum Mitnehmen herstellen. Entdecken Sie dann eine Probe des Maya-Schokoladengetränks. Sie helfen bei der Herstellung des Getränks und probieren diese köstliche Schokoladenkreation. Dieses Schokoladen-Abenteuer, das Sie bei all den köstlichen hausgemachten Kaokaos-Pralinen nicht missen möchten.
Um ein kleines Mayadorf zu entdecken, haben Sie einen Maya-Führer, der Ihnen das Haus und die Gärten der Maya-Kultur zeigt. Ein Spaziergang durch den kleinen Maya-Markt, auf dem Sie eine handgemachte Tortilla- und Saucenprobe der Mayas sehen. Ich kann nicht nach Mexiko kommen, ohne unseren Tequila zu probieren! Genießen Sie viele Aromen unserer hausgemachten Tequilas. Der Garten, der Prozess der Herstellung des Tequila und dann der Geschmack!
lass uns zu Mittag essen. Wir werden zu einem lokalen Favoriten gehen. Sie werden eine köstliche Mahlzeit aus der Küche einer einheimischen Familie serviert. The chocolate tasting was very educational. We got to the Mayan dance very later and while what I saw was fun and interesting it only lasted less than 5 minutes before we started tasting Tequila.
I'm sorry to hear that ,but when we arrived there They had already started the Mayan presentation, but thanks to your comment, I'll make sure they look forward to our next groups. In this case there was only 1 person, so I thought we would arrive in time to see the Mayan presentation from the beginning.
It was an amazing experience to be able to go and make your own chocolate. I really enjoyed tour guide. He actually sat down and ate lunch with us, shared his story and other things about himself. I felt like he was really interested in getting to know us and show us a good time
Adolf was very friendly and informative. At the chocolate making Jafet was very knowledgeable about the chocolate making processes. He showed how it's harvested and cured. He toasted the beans and we were able to grind and mix in sugar and chili. Then molded it and were able to take it home. Adolfo knew the neighborhood well and where to get the best tacos. We had a variety of tacos to choose from. We chose to skip tequila tasting to do some shopping.
Nancy was so awesome and patient. I even liked the Tequila tasting. Who knew there was Strawberry infused tequila.🤷🏽♀️I lucked out and had the tour all to myself. Thanks for helping my bday trip be so memorable!

Our group of 22 really enjoyed every part of the tour!! The tour guides at both the Chocolate Factory & the Tequila Factory were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food at the restaurant was really good and came quick. We appreciate both Adolfo our travel agent and Memo our tour guid for such an amazing experience!!!
Our tour guide was good given the situation his tour company put us in! Did not provide us with much information was basically a ride from one place to another. We had to take a taxi to their meeting point ($20) then they arrived 1 hour late leaving us waiting in heat. There was definitely no air conditioning in the vehicle. We were only able to do lunch and Chocolate making. We went to chocolate factory but we were late to class so had to rearrange and do lunch first- not a problem since we were hot, thirsty and hungry. No clue what part of the tour was supposed to cover Mayan culture. Did not have enough time to do tequila or much of anything else as we made to onboard just under 1 hour to all aboard. No credit or offers of any sort. Have booked many Viator tours and they have all be excellent, but they definitely need to find a new vendor for this. Cruise price and value would have been a much better choice
It is a shame that this situation has happened to you since in all our excursions we are always on time, professional and the previous reviews show it, you had canceled the reservation and I showed you where you had canceled it, and surprisingly you booked again, that was The reason why we did not have your reservation and we did everything possible to get to the meeting point as soon as possible. now we do not provide transportation from the cruise ship dock, the meeting point is at LA MONINA restaurant, all our guests arrive to the restaurant and there we welcome them. You told the guide that you did not want to go to the tequila tasting because you did not drink tequila, the guide explained to you that at the tequila place was the cultural part but you told the guide that you only wanted the chocolate tour and the food and Return to the cruise ship dock and it was done as you requested. We apologize for what happened and hope you enjoyed the rest of your cruise.
The chocolate factory was an excellent event. It's a lot of work to make chocolate but oh so worth the effort. I loved our guide for the tequila tasting. So much better than other tequila tastings that I have done before. The lunch was fantastic. Nemo was such a help, explaining the menu. This was a most enjoyable excursion and Nemo made it perfect. Thank you Nemo.
Nancy was great showing us how to make chocolate. Loved the visit to the Mayan structures and the tequila tasting. Our guide, Guillermo was fantastic.
Enjoyable tour! Adolfo was a great guide, and Nancy at the chocolate place was wonderful too. We learned a fair amount about chocolate and tequila, and the tacos at the end were delicious.
