Wir verlassen Marina Vallarta gegen 9:00 Uhr und erreichen in nur 10 Minuten die Mündung des Flusses Ameca, ein malerischer Ort, an dem auch Delfine ihr Morgenmahl genießen können. Etwa eine Stunde nach der Reise erreichen wir die Inseln. Während der Wintermonate wird die Reise selbst Teil des Abenteuers, da der Ozean oft unglaubliche Tierbeobachtungen bietet – darunter Delfine, Meeresschildkröten, Mantarochen und sogar Wale. Sobald wir die Inseln erreicht haben, versorgen wir Sie mit Schnorchelausrüstung und Schwimmwesten. Unser Team wird Sie dabei unterstützen, wie Sie die Ausrüstung richtig einsetzen und Tipps zur Verbesserung Ihrer Wasserfähigkeiten geben, um ein unterhaltsames und sicheres Schnorchelerlebnis zu gewährleisten.

We had an incredible time. Despite me having the worse hangover from the night before and being prone to sea sickness , the guide and the captain pulled me though. Getting into the secret cave was quite..exhilarating . You’ll see ;) He even got us some amazing shots for insta! HIGHLY recommended.
We had just the best excursion with Rodrigo, Ever, and Capt. Emilio. There were professional, accommodating, and super friendly. They took my family out for some amazing snorkeling and then we hit a nice beach for some good food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience and very disappointed with this company. DO NOT pick this experience in VIATOR. The people here do not work with you and your concerns. I tried to reach out to them thru message and they never replied to me. Once I got to the place I asked them my concern even though I booked my experience and they couldn’t give me a straight answer keep giving the run about. Once I said I don’t feel comfortable with this I want my money back. They decided that I should call VIATOR. I told Viator my issues and concerns with this experience and how at this point I don’t feel comfortable as the people there made me feel that if the boat goes down well that’s just life. Viator call them to get them process my refund and they declined. Keeping my money and they even charged me extra $10 for a band that they put on my hand. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

There are situations beyond our control that prevent us from guaranteeing an exact arrival time. Regarding the wristband, this charge was applied because, although you chose not to participate in the tour, it still represents a cost for us as a tour operator. As for the refund, Viator—your booking agency—did proceed according to their policies. All relevant details and conditions are clearly outlined on your ticket both before and after purchase. From our perspective, this reservation also meant holding two spots that could not be offered to other guests, as we operate with limited capacity and do not overbook. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It will certainly help future guests better plan their schedules, especially if they have flights or cruise departures on the same day.
