We had a lovely time with the crew! Pecha was a wonderful captain, Kooka was kind and very helpful, and Adrian showed us so many wonderful sea creatures. We were lucky enough to have the boat to ourselves, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be telling our friends!

Our recent sailing, snorkeling, and swimming experience on the Sea Bird was amazing. Riley and all the crew were extremely helpful and service oriented. The boat is clean and spacious and the crew knowledgeable and very informative. Despite the recent stormy weather, we were able to snorkel with sea turtles and a variety of fish inclusive of parrot and puffer fish. The snacks were fresh and delicious and being able to chose a beverage of our choice is always a bonus. Thank you for such and amazing day.

The crew was lovely - welcoming, gracious and professional. They were accommodating and helpful. BUT… we paid $200+ EACH for this experience and it was not at all worth that much. If we had paid $75-100 each, this would be a 5 star review. I suspect that we were the only customers paying that much as the trip was not yet full a few days before and then suddenly was full.

I would love to know what date your tour was, to better understand the pricing for your group. We do not offer any individual pricing at $200. Taxes and Fees do apply which are out of our control. We had an amazing time inboard the Sea Bird with Pecho and the crew! Super fun time for our family of five and ages 17 to 75! Pecho was a great guide, the weather was perfect and the guacamole was the best ever.

This was the best excursion during our trip to Costa Rica. We felt like we were VIP. The owner paid attention to all details and the service was impeccable. The crew was highly experienced sailing the boat and we always felt safe. We even had a snorkeling guide who would dive down and show us interesting things to see. After a vigorous snorkel, we were treated to fresh watermelon, pineapple, sandwich wraps, chips, bean dip, and the best guacamole we ever had. We enjoyed speaking to Leslie, the owner, who is so personable and lovely. She made dynamite mimosas for us, too!

On our recent trip to Costa Rica, we took an afternoon sailing cruise With Riley and his crew. It was the most amazing experience. I looked at other cruises but they were for large groups. Our cruise had 6, which gave us a chance to get the real sailing experience. The boat was a 47' footer which gave us a lot of space to move around. First, we sailed for about an hour to get to the beach where we could snorkel. This was my first time to it. The crew were vary helpful in getting me setup and coached me until I was comfortable. This was an experience that I will never forget. After that, the crew had prepared fresh tropical fruit and other snacks. We then sailed back to the harbor where we saw a sunset that was the most beautiful sight. If you want an intimate trip to get the feel of sailing and not be in a large group, this is the one! Our sailing excursion with Sea Bird was absolutely superb and one of the most memorable days of our holiday - one we will remember for many years to come. The sail boat itself was spacious, clean and felt so luxurious. We saw heaps of dolphins up close, swimming alongside the boat, went snorkelling and saw a cave. The crew were so friendly and professional the whole time, and they kept serving drinks and we had delicious food to eat.

Sunset and snorkeling cruise was amazing. Crew was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was great. Lots of drink choices. Saw lots of fish while snorkeling Excellent!!!

The crew was exceptional, locals and very knowledgeable. The boat was fine but could use some TLC. The ladder getting on and off the boat didn't appear to be safe. Good value for money. We would do it again.

What a great afternoon on Seabird! Our family group of 9 loved it. From sailing, swimming at the sandy beach, ocean fun with noodles, snacks and drinks, topped off by a beautiful sunset. Our crew was so accommodating! This was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica.
