The entire experience was fantastic. The crew took excellent care of all of us, whether helping us get our gear on, helping us on and off the boat, or providing us with great snacks and a lovely picnic lunch. I highly recommend!
Such a fun experience coupled with delicious Thai food! It was so exciting to swim and snorkel at the different islands and enjoy the views of the cliffs and nature along the way to the beautiful islands.
Fantastic private boat trip from start to finish. We were picked up and dropped off smoothly, taken to several beautiful spots and islands, and generously provided with snacks and drinks throughout the day. Friendly, professional crew and a very relaxed, personalized experience. Highly recommended!

Very horribly disappointing. We paid in advance, had confirmation from Viator. Had confirmation from the operator. We arrived, and they never showed up. We and Viator called them, and they tried to say that they didn’t have the booking, and it was quite a challenge to communicate. They didn’t even try to assist us to make alternative plans, or even offer an apology. Viator was also very little help, and initially even tried to say that a refund would be “requested,” but not guaranteed since it was within 24 hours. This will be my last time using Viator as well. This is the absolute worst thing that a tour company or vendor can do, which is to not show up when travelers are expecting reliability and safety, and then offer no assistance or recompense.
Sorry to see you've got disappointed, However since your booking was not recorded on files, you did received a full refund. We have spoken to you on the phone, not sure why you say cannot communicate. Also we are not sure how can you rate our activity if you haven't done it ? A refunded booking that was not operated.
If one has done any other countries like Maldives or Mauritius or the like this is not worth it : it’s not the crew and companies fault they did a good job it’s just that there is nothing to see : the 1st island we stopped at for snorkeling had trash and other garbage , the 2nd location for Coral/reef diving was average at best and the last “pig” island was literally like a pigsty.
It is seems you posted a review to the wrong company. Upon checking you did not book with us and you did not participate in our VIP activity. Unfortunately this happen to us before people get confused with the other companies, do not check the company name and come to our page posting reviews that do not belong to us. We have already contacted Viator support to remove this from our page so you can repost it to the correct company you traveled with.

We choose the location carefully and try to avoid crowd as much as is possible during high season. We also include many extras in the boat, the drinks, snacks, fruits platters and beach picnic as well as high quality gear and toys to play. Our booking process is easy also online and also when you contact us directly :-)
Great experience, relaxing and not rushed. Love the fruit on the floating tube. Snorkeling was good although it was overcast. Saw many fish. The crew/staff were wonderful.

Our crew could not have done enough for us on this trip. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking and polite. We had a great time swimming in the turquoise sea, away from the crowds, snorkelling above the coral reef and meeting the pigs before having a secluded picnic on the beach. What more could you ask for. Thank you!

Amazing afternoon on a private boat, pick up on time with air conditioning van from our hotel, short explanation and hop on the boat between the near islands, we stopped on a quiet spot to play the water while staff served us fresh fruits platter and drinks, we left to do snorkeling and ended on a secluded beach they made for us a nice picnic with snacks, drinks and more. We got lucky to have an amazing sunset too🤗

Spent a wonderful day with Samui VIP Speed Boat. Hotel transfers were in a comfortable mini van with air conditioning. The boat staff were very attentive offering drinks, snacks etc. Great swimming, snorkeling and visit to pig island. A trip to remember.
