Sie werden von einem unserer erfahrenen Schnitzer geführt und am Ende können Sie eine einzigartige Kreation mit nach Hause nehmen, die mit Ihren eigenen Händen hergestellt wurde. It was so beautiful to be able to create a piece of jewelry for myself. The staff was kind and supportive.
Very nice experience to make a beautiful stone from a piece of raw jade in two hours. The guidance by Carlos was fine and very friendly. The short tour of the museum is also interesting.
I highly recommend this activity especially for solo female travelers like me. I enjoyed creating my own jewelry. If you worry about your skills, don’t worry they will help you out.
I had an excellent experience with my 11 year old son. Elmer taught us about the history and use of jade. He was extremely helpful walking us through the carving process, and we were thrilled with our results. Elmer was very patient, kind, and welcoming. I highly recommend this experience!

This was such a great time! After three weeks in Antigua, this may have been my favorite activity. It was totally hands on, which makes me so proud when I wear my jade necklace. The instructors were very patient with everyone’s comfort level and ability. I totally recommend this!

I did the workshop at the end of may (low season) and was the only one there. The teacher was very nice and the workshop was something different to the normal touristy stuff. You can choose between different types of jade and make all different shapes and sizes. What I think was missing was a little bit of history around the jade and it's importance to Mayan culture, but maybe he skipped it because I was the only one. Would recommend for a rainy or very hot day

Wow. Didn’t know there were so many different types of Jade. David and Carlos are very patient when working with you, but you also have to have patience. Although you do generally leave with your carved piece of Jade, it is still stonework. As such, it takes time and diligence to work the piece into the shape you desire. Still a blast, would absolutely do it again.

This was a very different activity and great experience. David and Carlos were great teachers and were able to help us finishing our unique jade pieces. Maybe a bit more time would be required for an individual to be able to so all from start to finish.
