- Die Tour beinhaltet Transfers von den Treffpunkten im zentralen Bereich von Rovaniemi, Ounasvaara, Arctic Treehouse Hotel, Invisable Forest Lodge und Santa Claus Village. Wenn der Kunde eine der Anweisungen nicht versteht, behält sich Wild Nordic das Recht vor, die Teilnahme des Kunden aus Sicherheitsgründen und aufgrund der Notwendigkeit, in Notfällen auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, abzulehnen.
- Alle Abholzeiten unterliegen einem Unterschied von 15 Minuten, abhängig von den anderen Teilnehmern, die an den Touren teilnehmen. Kunden warten auf ihre Abholung an der Hotelrezeption (oder in einem anderen von Wild Nordic mitgeteilten Bereich).
- Eine Rückerstattung der Touren erfolgt nicht, wenn der Kunde den Abholservice verpasst, weil er nicht am vorgesehenen Abholbereich wartet. Wild Nordic hat das Recht, angemessene Kosten zu berechnen, die sich aus einer solchen Nichtbeachtung des Programmplans ergeben.
- Der Fahrer eines Schneemobils muss mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein und einen gültigen Führerschein B (Auto) besitzen.
- Der Führerschein muss in EU-Ländern gültig sein. Kunden sollten ihren gültigen Führerschein für die Teilnahme am Schneemobilfahren mitbringen. Führerschein muss physisch vorhanden und in römischen Buchstaben geschrieben sein. Keine elektronischen Versionen erlaubt.
- Der Schneemobilfahrer haftet für Schäden, die am Schneemobil entstehen. Dieser Selbstgefährdungsbetrag beträgt ausnahmslos oder hinsichtlich des Schadensumfangs pauschal 900 Euro pro Fahrer/Schneemobil/Unfallfall. Schließt der Kunde bei Wild Nordic eine Versicherung für EUR 20 ab (Änderungen vorbehalten, wie von Wild Nordic empfohlen), so reduziert sich die Haftung des Kunden auf EUR 200 pro Person.
- Schneemobil- und Husky-Safaris sind aufgrund von Vibrationen infolge unebener Fahrspuren und des Vorhandenseins von Abgasen der Schneemobile nicht für schwangere Frauen geeignet.
- Kunden werden nachdrücklich aufgefordert, eine persönliche Reiseversicherung abzuschließen (die die Versicherung für die teilnehmenden Aktivitäten abdeckt).
- Wenn eine Kundin an Krankheiten oder Behinderungen leidet (wie Herzerkrankungen, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsie, Rücken- oder Hüftprobleme), die ihre Fähigkeit zur Teilnahme an den Aktivitäten beeinträchtigen könnten oder schwanger sind, muss sie dies vorab tun Die Teilnahme an den Aktivitäten konsultieren medizinische Experten hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung zur Teilnahme an den Aktivitäten. Der Kunde muss anerkennen, dass er auf eigene Gefahr an den in den Diensten angebotenen Aktivitäten teilnimmt, falls er an einer solchen Krankheit, Behinderung oder Schwangerschaft leidet.
- Wenn sich ein Kunde von einer Krankheit oder den Auswirkungen des Alkohol- und / oder Drogenkonsums erholt oder kürzlich schwere Krankheiten oder Operationen hatte, behält sich Wild Nordic das Recht vor, die Teilnahme des Kunden aus Sicherheitsgründen abzulehnen.
- Wild Nordic ist nicht verantwortlich für Wertsachen der Kunden, die während der Teilnahme an den Aktivitäten im öffentlichen Bereich zurückgelassen wurden.
- Bitte beachten Sie: Das Nordlicht ist ein natürliches Ereignis und wir können keine Garantie für Aktivität, Lebendigkeit oder Farben am Abend der Tour geben. - Schneemobile haben 2 Sitzplätze und alle Erwachsenen teilen sich die Schneemobile, sofern sie nicht als Einzelfahrer gebucht werden
- Die Kinder sitzen auf einem Schlitten, der vom Schneemobil des Führers gezogen wird

This tour is so much fun! Our guide explained how to use the snowmobiles before hand of course and made sure that we understood. I did this with my sister and we got to take turns driving. We did not see the northern lights as it was cloudy and snowing but regardless of whether you see them or not, it is still a great experience. We stopped few times along the way to take pictures. We had warm juice and cookies and half way through. I would definitely recommend this tour while in Rovaniemi.

Absolutely fun! It was very long and at times scary because there would be people that drive really slowly and we would lose sight of the guide and would be trying to keep up constantly. Easy access to the place, bear in mind you have to cross the road) its right next to the gas station. Friendly staff, easy instructions, snowmobiles are fun and easy to drive. Stopped in the middle of nowhere for chocolate and sausages, quite an experience. Didnt see the lights but had loads of fun. They provide the equipment, so dont worry too much. Only thing, I would drive all customers to their hotels, not just the ones in Rovaniemi. We were located up Santas Village and had to walk to it in the dark and on the road. Also kids and people who desire not too rides the bikes go in the front with the guide all nicely covered with a blanket.

Tourist trap excursion! 32 people and 16 snowmobiles. No charm, everyone in line at 30km/h. No sensation. It is nowhere indicated that there are so many people. 50 min motorbike ride. Sausage picnic for 5 euros. Being 32 in a cabin is not charming. No explanation about the Northern Lights. No breaks to take photos. Too expensive for the service.

An awesome experience whilst in Rovenimi, definitely jump on a snow mobile time if you can. Wild Nordic from start to finish were very easy to deal with, from resending the booking confirmation for me to the pick up, tour and drop off process. Everything was seamless and easy to follow. We had awesome guides (Bruno and Roy), who were great with both their interactions but also the knowledge they shared. We didn't see the lights, but that's okay as there was plenty more to experience. I would say, if you don't want to sit behind slower people pick the snowmobile behind the guides, we got stuck behind some slower drivers and it did make it slightly less enjoyable.

Great service. Very professionally organized. The guide was very customer friendly. We had luck to see the northern lights. Everything was perfect.
Personally, I flew to Finland with the goal of driving a snowmobile through nature and seeing the Northern Lights. And that was really an incredible experience! In fact, I even created this Tripadvisor account just to report on it! We were picked up at the agreed meeting point, received special clothing and an instruction on how to operate the snowmobile... And then it started straight away! The tour was absolutely awesome. The area is really a deserted but beautiful wasteland where you would have been completely disoriented without a guide. Since we didn’t see any Northern Lights at the first spot, the guide decided to drive another spot deeper to the north. Our guide has really done everything possible to provide us with a cool experience. On the second spot we were actually lucky. Here we could see the Northern Lights. Afterwards we were told myths and legends about the Northern Lights, as well as various interesting facts around the campfire. We were really incredibly lucky with our guide. Not only did he (Mr. Klavs, if I read the name on the map correctly) a really deep fascination and love for both nature, snowmobiling and the job as a guide, equally he has also completely managed to let this passion jump to us. The tour was probably one of the best experiences of my life. Really! A few small comments for those interested in booking a tour like this: We have to confess that we were really lucky. For one thing, Northern Lights are super rare. On the other hand, there were only two of us on the tour (three with the guide), which of course has its own flair. Usually there are more people in a tour. What is annoying, however, is that the pick-up service only extends to the center of Rovaniemi. We had our apartment just outside. However, since we wanted to go downtown that day anyway, that was no problem for us. On the way back another, also very nice guide made an exception and drove us home/to the AirB&B anyway. Really super nice people. We would all in all recommend this tour to anyone! Our guide Lisa was just amazing. She brought us to an amazing open sapce to spot the Northern lights. I higly recommend the guide and the the complete team at the Wild Nordic center for all your excursions.

This tour is not in Helsinki. We booked this under the impression it was. I was asked 5 days before we travelled to update our Hotel pick up. I emailed my response with our address in Helsinki. At no point we’re we told that this tour is 700 kilometres (approx) from where we were staying. This is not the only tour offered in Helsinki that is NOT actually anywhere near Helsinki.
Dear Tina, We have already spoke directly with you in order to clarify what has happened with your booking and we assisted you with the refund by Viator so I have to say that this bad review took us by surprise . You booked a tour that was advertised by a technical error in Helsinki, though when you read the description of the activity, you could clearly see that the starting point is in Rovaniemi and that all the others pick-up locations were located in this city. Anyway, as I have personally already told you on the phone and via email, you do not communicate directly with us but with Viator, that is always intermediating between both sides, customers and suppliers. As we explained you on the multiple emails exchanged and the phone, when you have updated your pick-up location, the confirmation message you received came from Viator, not from our side, so I really do not understand why still this wrong information is written here in this review. Upon reservation you informed no pick up location making it impossible for us to spot the error about Helsinki. When you updated your location, Viator did NOT notified us of your update, reason why we were not aware that you chose a pick-up location 700km from Rovaniemi and instead we had written you to come directly to our Safari Center (in Rovaniemi). As per standard procedure, if we notice that the customers selected the wrong city we are always contacting them and informing them of the misunderstanding, because quality in service and satisfaction of our customers is our priority. When we found out what had happened with your booking my main concern was to take care of you and I did all my best to make sure you would have got a refund from Viator, since there were two technical issues that caused all this situation. You have shown understanding for what has happened and I think that you really appreciated our customer service, reason why you have answered to my email with the following text "In actual fact we intend to visit Lapland next year, so will definitely contact you to arrange tours. Best wishes." - so here the reason why we are very sad to receive such review. We understand the frustration of not being able to attend a tour you thought you would have joined, and for this reason we still hope that you will choose us in the future when you will be visiting Rovaniemi! Nice trip, unfortunately no northern lights seen but definitely worth it. Benoir as a guide has plenty to say and guides everyone super good for the trip
