- Die Gärten sind in der Hochsaison (1. April bis 31. Oktober) täglich ab 7.00 Uhr geöffnet. Sie schließen in der Hochsaison um 20.30 Uhr, mit vorzeitigen Schließungen um 17.30 Uhr, um die Nachtbrunnenshow vorzubereiten, jeden Samstag vom 7. Juni bis 20. September und an bestimmten anderen Daten (24. Mai, 14. Juli, 15. August und 28., 29., 30. und 31. Oktober 2025).
- Zugang zu den Gärten über den Südgarten (Zugang über den Ehrenhof von Schloss Versailles), das Neptuntor (Zugang über das Königintor, Boulevard de la Reine nur an Wochenenden und Feiertagen) oder das Kleine Venedigtor (Zugang über den Grand Parc).
- Das Drachentor ist täglich vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober geöffnet.

I booked the 2:30 times ticket because the 1:30 entry was sold out. When I received the tickets they were for 4pm instead of 2:30.

As mentioned in the inclusions, on busy days the allocated entry time may vary by up to two hours due to availability and operational constraints by the Palace. We are sorry to hear that you missed reading the information in the inclusion as well on your confirmation voucher which caused the confusion.
Get early in line for the scheduled time as they are long and it might take 30 minutes to enter the palace. I would focus on the main rooms in the palace like the hall of mirrors and pass quickly through the galleries to have more time for the gardens

Take lots of extra cash as everything outside of the Palace and gardens costs. The grounds are amazing.
