The day before our reservation the company called to confirm. They were missing one reservation, so I let them know that. When we got to the place, they were still missing one of our reservations which meant we had to wait longer than we would have for them to get another vehicle ready. While out riding, we had a great time. When we came to our first stop, we tried use the chains to lock the bikes. One chain we couldn't get open, one didn't have a key at all, and the other we couldn't even get the seat up where the chain is stored, so we just had to leave them unlocked and hope they were still there when we returned. We tried calling the shop, but there was no answer. I feel a thorough inspection and demonstration should have been given in the beginning. My vehicle stopped working when we had a little over an hour left. When someone came out to help, we were over it and had them take all of the vehicles back and we continued our day on foot.

I was worried about the traffic but it wasnt bad at all. There were mopeds all over the place. It was such a fun time. I would totally recommend it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed renting out the trike. Ty was great and very accommodating and informative for our training. Family-run business that cares about its patrons. The trike we received was brand new, just built the day before. Pro tip when using Google maps is to select the bike routes for the best experience to and from the shop to get into the city and out because it is a little bit outside of town, about 15 minutes by scooter. Great experience would do again.

We had a good experience. Two friends and I rented the trikes on spring break and had a fun time riding around Savannah! They recommend having prior experience with the scooters but were very helpful teaching us how to use them. Would recommend!

Great service from the start. My wife was a little scared to ride but they took there time helping her. We rented two scooters for 8 hours and went all over Savanna.

The provider cancelled our rental because his shop is closed at the times when the rental was to take place. We are still not refunded to date and have no news!

Tommy and Irina went above and beyond, going so far as to pick me up from my ferry landing and taking me back. Very patient while helping me choose the perfect type of scooter to ride, gave me a short lesson and made sure I was comfortable with driving it before I left. I drove it all over Bonaventure Cemetery and had a wonderful time.

Fun afternoon riding with my 18yr old son. Had never been on a scooter-but staff (Ty) was great in giving us a training and practice session. We were able to see a lot of Savannah-not just the tourist spots. Great value for amount of time we had booked the rental,

Reserved for 9 am. Showed up to the shop and it was closed until 11. Called the number on the shop. He was unprofessional and took no accountability. Used another scooter location in town and had a great experience.
