Saona Island Kleingruppe und entspannen - Luxus-Katamaran

It was described as a small group tour. We expected it to be between 10 and 15 people, it was 25. But it was a larger boat so it didn't seem crowded. It starts early and since we stayed at all inclusive place, we could not grab breakfast. They did provide a nice lunch later in the day. But the late morning snack was sliced bread with cheese slice or ham and cheese. Really expected better. We have been on other small group tours and they provide continental breakfast: muffins, croissants, fruits, etc. The crew was great. The bar was subpar. No mixers for the cocktails, basically coke or sprite.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. I booked this tour two weeks in advance. The operator told me they would contact me the day before with pickup details and instructions, but I never heard from them. I reached out multiple times by message and received no response. I also called several times, and no one answered. With no pickup information and no way to contact the operator, I had no idea if the tour was still happening. This completely ruined my plans for the day. Since I was waiting to hear back from them, it was too late to book another activity. I would be very cautious when booking with this company. Based on my experience, they may not respond when you need them most.

Lovely boat and has small indoor space in case it rains . Boat ride lovely instead of speed boat . Quiet and great lunch . But if want to dance , back of boat and quiet in the front . Can arrange for transfer $35 a person fun Punta Cana for 2-3 families much better than large bus . If traveling with kids , bring your own snacks as this is a full day tour and only have lunch and one snack of ham and cheese sandwich . Crew is great as well as owners who worked with me to get a last minute booking . Highly recommend . Very professional . Only snacks holding out for 5 star review . Book it !

Experience simply amazing! From the beginning, the WhatsApp service was excellent, with clear communication and very helpful. Even though they didn’t have a direct exit from my hotel, they arranged perfectly to pick us up, charging a fair amount of $35 per person for the entire tour. About the crew: Sensational. Honestly, it was the best treatment we had in the entire Dominican Republic. All extremely friendly, attentive and with a very good energy, which made all the difference in the climate of the tour. Inclusive, we end up making several friends during the day, much because of this light and fun vibe that they provide. The script is also absurd of good. Snorkeling in an old pier that has become a coral reef is a unique experience, and even those who do not know how to swim can enjoy it with peace. Then the Saona Island... no words. One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. And to close, the natural pools with sea stars, simply spectacular. Another moment that is marked forever. Summary: Worth every penny. A complete, well-organized and unforgettable experience. Note 1000. I highly recommend!

This catamaran trip was a highlight of our holiday, it was worth every penny. A small group of around 30 (adults and children) took to the sea on a relaxed journey to Saona that took around 90 minutes. It was peaceful and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy the views. We spent around 2 hours on Saona Island which was breath taking. Upon our return to the boat, we had a delicious lunch followed by snorkelling in a natural pool where we saw lots of huge star fish and even a turtle! A wonderful experience, thank you!

Very good organization from start to finish and always accompanied in the different activities even outside the catamaran. Charlotte our guide and his crew were taking care of us. Friendly and very welcoming. We recommend with your eyes closed. 🤗

I’m very torn leaving this review. The staff was wonderful. Here’s the deal- if you’re in the Punta Cana which we were, it’s about an hour and a half car ride to the departure point. It’s then about an hour and a half catamaran ride. We had to skip the snorkeling since the water was a bit rough. The island and beach are beautiful, but the beach at our resort (Secrets Royal Beach) is just as beautiful. So it didn’t really seem like anything different. The natural pool on the way back is just a shallower part of the ocean, we only saw 2 starfish. Then the same commute back on the catamaran and taxi back. So it was about 6 hours of “travel” for a couple hours on a beach. The staff was really wonderful, very sweet and took great care of us. That’s the only reason I feel bad about only giving it 3 stars.

Excellent tour for those who want a more sophisticated experience, without agitation, focused on the tour and not on festive recreation on the boat, no dancing, no loud music, no agitation, and a lot of tranquility, contemplation, nice music, high-level company. The lunch on the boat is delicious and very well presentable. Really luxurious boat, sophisticated, great accommodation. They were punctual at all times.. A special highlight for the guide Vladimir, very attentive to everyone and speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. Due to bad weather, our tour was moved to the next day, to Catalina Island, it was amazing, but we hoped to enjoy the Caribbean beach more. We went to the beach in a limited space and with almost no infra, just a toilet. And we got very little time. The reception at the company headquarters in Bayahibe, to wait for the other participants of the tour could also be better, with more space, more plenty, more seats and a better breakfast cocktail. All I had was tea, cold coffee and a few cookies. I believe these details should be improved with feedback like this one. However, I highly recommend for those who want a more “premium”, differentiated tour. I didn't find another at this level.
