Quick transport at fair price compared to local taxis and private transport. Luggage handled with care and driver very kind and courteous. Directions could be a bit more updated in the listing (eg. No one actually in yellow shirt as described) but we found our way ok using Google Maps. Would recommend and use their service again.

Transfer never showed. It was my honeymoon and i had to find other menas of transportation. I want a refund

Unfortunately, we were unable to make contact at the time, and after waiting beyond the scheduled period, the driver had to leave to fulfill other commitments. We understand this situation caused you inconvenience, and while the service was available as booked, we are happy to review any additional details you may have so we can understand if there was any miscommunication. Fantastic experience. Company sent a video on WhatsApp on how to find the the shuttle. Shuttle was easy to find and the driver was super nice! Seamless!

I was stranded at the port after not getting a ferry. Irene came to my rescue and went out of her way to drive me to Fira herself when the shuttle bus was delayed. Thank you irene!

The tour operator, HOLID is excellent, kept calling me about where we would be picked up, upon the ferry arrival time. The ferry to Santorini was very chaotic in terms of punctuality, and we were more than 30 minutes late. But the tour operator assured us that they will wait for us. All the staff were very helpful and polite, helping us with our luggage.
