I was a bit disappointed that our driver arrived approximately 35–40 minutes late for the scheduled pick-up, reportedly due to traffic. Our confirmed time was 12:00 PM, so better contingency planning would have been appreciated. Fortunately, the pick-up was scheduled three hours ahead of our flight, which provided a buffer for airport check-in. On a positive note, the SUV was excellent—exactly what I would expect for an elite service—and the driver was courteous and professional. However, improved time management would help ensure that paying customers are not inconvenienced.
The driver was right on time very polite. I would recommend for any traveling to use a private driver option

My husband and I availed the services of Jr Luxury Rd for 3 transfers around the Santo Domingo/Punta Cana region through April 2024. Each experience was extremely smooth, luxurious and very pleasant. Junior was excellent at communicating, adhering to his commitments, and was very helpful and considerate, keeping in minds our requirements, and his drivers were friendly and helpful too. He also went above and beyond to try and help on one particular day when our planned tour did not pick us up; Junior attempted to find a tour for us to join, just as a favor.
