5-stündige private Weinprobetour durch die Weingüter im North County San Diego. Dies ist eine sehr einzigartige Tour, da die meisten Leute nach Temecula fahren. North County Weingüter sind sehr gut und produzieren einige schöne Weine. Die Tour selbst dauert ungefähr 3 Stunden, die anderen 2 Stunden sind die Fahrzeit von der Innenstadt nach Escondido und zurück in die Innenstadt und auch die Fahrzeit zwischen den Weingütern. Sie werden einige sehr malerische Landschaften der Berge im North County und alle schönen Weingüter entlang des Weges sehen. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Tour.

Orfila Vineyards & Winery ist ein 70 Hektar großes, Auszeichnung Boutique-Weingut in Escondido, Kalifornien, das sich auf Weine im Rhône-Stil spezialisiert hat. Es wurde 1994 gegründet und bietet Verkostungen, Touren und einen malerischen Veranstaltungsort im San Pasqual Valley. Wir bauen 15 Sorten in unserem Weingut an, das auch einen herrlichen Blick auf das San Pasqual Valley bietet. The tour was perfect from the beginning to the end. Darren was an amazing tour guide—-knowledgable and friendly. It was very evident that he truly cares and wants to make sure you have an outstanding experience. After a wonderful day, after returning to our hotel, I realized that I had left my purse at one of the wineries we visited. Darren went above and beyond to help me get my purse back so I could travel home early the next morning. He contacted the winery owner after the winery closed, located my purse, retrieved it and brought it to me at my hotel! Unbelievable!! I can’t say enough good things about Darren and will certainly take another of his tours when I return to San Diego! He is a great tour guide and a great person!!

Darren was a perfect blend of knowing when to be attentive and provide space during our tours. His knowledge of best opportunity for an enjoyable wine tasting, atmosphere and ability to adjust for our presence was deeply appreciated. All of our stops were very enjoyable for different reasons and we would definitely pair with him again for our next trip to this region. Not knowing a lot about the winerries in this area made me a little nervous about seeking an outsider's help, but Darren was very polite and professional and great driver and company between stops. Highly recommend.

The Private San Diego County Wine Tour with host Darren Manson was fabulous. The tour was absolutely one of the best tours that can be had. Darren is a very pleasant, warm, friendly driver with tons of knowledge about San Diego and the world (no exaggeration). His tour is educational, entertaining and extremely interesting. He made us feel so comfortable -- as though we knew him forever. If we return to San Diego, we know we will book one of his Alba Tours. He's the best!

Amazing tour, great wineries with generous tasting pours and without going into Mexico! Darren was knowledgeable about the wineries and a safe driver; I was solo for this trip and I didn’t have to worry about a thing which was great since I’m normally the one wrangling everyone else on a trip. It was a great, stress-free experience.
