Sie werden im San Pedro Creek Culture Park, Alamo Plaza für Live-Erzählungen und Außenfotos, dem Japanischen Teegarten und Mission San José für einen geführten Besuch und Zeit zum Erkunden anhalten. Wir besuchen das Sunken Garden Theater und den Japanischen Teegarten, eine ruhige Flucht mit einer geschichteten Vergangenheit. Dieser Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts in einem aufgelassenen Kalksteinbruch errichtete Ort wurde von lokalen Künstlern und Handwerkern in einen friedlichen Kulturraum umgewandelt. Der Japanische Teegarten verfügt über Steinbogenbrücken, Koi-Teiche und üppige Landschaftsgestaltung, die ursprünglich zu Ehren der Japanisch-Amerikanischen Gemeinschaft entworfen wurde. Das nahe gelegene Sunken Garden Theater, das in den 1930er Jahren hinzugefügt wurde, wurde zu einem beliebten Veranstaltungsort für Musik und kulturelle Aufführungen im Freien. Vom Spanischen König Felipe V. entsandt, um die erste offizielle Zivilregierung in der Provinz Texas zu lieben, wurden sie von einem Franziskanermönch, Soldaten des Presidio de Bejar und indigenen Völkern der nahe gelegenen Missionen begrüßt. Heute ist das Dorf die Stadt San Antonio.

Abholung im Stadtzentrum nur innerhalb von 4 km vom Alamo Plaza. Das Abholfenster ist 8 : 00 bis 8 : 25 Uhr für einen Start um 8 : 30 Uhr. Bitte halten Sie sich 10 Minuten vor Ihrer voraussichtlichen Abholzeit draußen an Ihrem Abholort bereit. Die Wartezeit des Fahrers beträgt bis zu 5 Minuten nach dem ersten Anruf oder SMS. Außerhalb des Abholbereichs treffen Sie sich bis 8 : 15 Uhr am Eingang der Auffahrt zum The Gunter Hotel, 311 N St Mary’s St. Spätester Check-in 8 : 25 Uhr. Abfahrt 8 : 30 Uhr.

Tour guide was well informed., however I was 100/ percent sure we. Booked a FULL day tour. Only stopped at two missom s . 4 hour tour. We booked a 8 hour tour!!!

We highly recommend this tour! Victor was a wonderful tour operator and guide! Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and gracious. The ride was comfortable. We could see and hear well. This was our last day — and our last tour — in San Antonio. I booked this trip literally at the very last moment before flying to San Antonio, TX, and it was so worth it! The tour was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. There were snacks, water, fruit, and cookies provided, and Victor even took us to a coffee shop per our request. He is such a caring person! Victor arrived right on time and asked if we had any reservations later in the day. Because of the marathon, many streets were closed or detoured, which affected the tour, so he suggested returning to downtown once the marathon was over. Thankfully, we didn’t have any other plans, and Victor made a few adjustments — changing the order of the stops and even adding a couple of new places that weren’t originally included. We learned so much history about the Spanish missions during these hours. Victor is incredibly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. He’s engaging without being overwhelming, entertaining, informative, passionate, and clearly an experienced guide with a great sense of humor. On top of this unforgettable experience, Victor also sent us “gift photos” of the missions and “SA family photos” with us at those locations! What a thoughtful touch — such a wonderful idea. I highly recommend booking a tour with Victor. You definitely won’t regret it!

We decided to take our first trip to San Antonio to unwind, explore the city, and celebrate our anniversary.
