Wonderful excursion with a very experienced and knowledgeable guide! Many thanks to Jafar for taking the time to point out the things we were interested in!
The Guide, was Friendly and very professional. He took time. Very good explanation about everything.Very good experience. Thank you.
We hired a guide, Bekjon, for 3 days to give us a tour of Samarkand and the environs. Really, he could not have been better. He is just finishing his degree and does the guides in high season, his studies in low season. he picked us up from the airport, he took us around the sites (wonderful sites !), he took us through the very complicated country history, he took us to Amir Timur's birthtown, via mountains and an amazing tandoor lamb, and he took us back to his house to meet his father, friend and nephew where we cooked plov! So friendly, so attuned to what we wanted and needed, one of the very best guides I have encountered. bekjonnosirov4218@icloud.com, whatsapp +998 94 357 42 18
Amazing tour of Samarkand's UNESCO sites with Olimjon! His deep knowledge and passion brought the history to life. Highly recommend this unforgettable experience!
Samarkand is full of incredible sites. Olinjon was a wonderful guide, he was extremity knowledgeable and interesting and went out of his way to make the tour memorable.
Muhammed was amazing and he was very flexible with my friend and I. He was knowledgeable and had a good sense of the city and its history. He did not push us and let us decide our speed. Muhammed had good recommendations and was always accommodating. I highly suggest him as a tour guide for the day in Samarkand.
This was an incredible tour, I enjoyed every part of it. it was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting. Each location was special and beautiful. Very lucky as the sky was clear and the day warmed as we visited locations. Highly Recommend.
Our tour guide was amazing. Took really good care of us and was extremely helpful and obliging and just wanted us to have a great time
Excellent service, the guide was friendly and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service for tourists. Thank you Kamilya and Anvar!
Alim was personable and informative throughout the tour. My group and I loved that he shared just the right amount of information without overwhelming us. We did not love that we had to pay for every entrance and meal after paying $65 each for the tour. To be clear our additional cost were about $30 each with entrances and food. Considering the $195 paid to Viator, we spent $285 as a group of 3 but the tour guide only received $50 total for the day. Booking directly with a local guide or arranging transportation and walking through the sites independently would have been much more cost effective.
