Heiliges Tal und Maras Moray Tour mit Mittagsbuffet (Ganztagestour)

The overall tour was very good, however it did seem disorganized and rushed at times. Throughout the tour we kept being reminded by our tour guide Andy that we were on a limited time schedule and when visiting each site our group could visibly see that he was frustrated and kept reminding everyone that we would have to leave to go onto the next place. Towards the end of the trip there was supposedly an issue with our tour bus and that we would have to switch busses. Andy completely vanished after this and we were left on another bus and tour group, did not seem as organised as we hoped. On the bright side the new tour guide and group were great, we didn't feel rushed and he explained the history of the remaining places very well.

Beautiful places, Peru is a simply spectacular country, but I cannot say the same about the organization by our guide. This tour offers the possibility compared to others of seeing all the places in the Sacred Valley in a single day (with other tours it is seen in 2 days), which entails numerous stops and more hours of travel, but we chose it precisely for this advantage. The problem is that from the beginning our guide always dictated the timing of each visit with almost military precision, because he told us that otherwise we would not have had time to see everything. At each stop he only left us 10 minutes to take photos, after he gave us an explanation of the place for more than half an hour, really too much time, getting lost in useless details (dimensions of the stones, shades of color, how they were carved, etc.). Every time we had to stand still and listen to endless explanations, having very little time to admire the various places and take photos; this bothered us quite a bit, both because it felt like being on those school trips with guides who never stop talking, and because having spent thousands of dollars coming from the other side of the world, we honestly would have preferred short and concise explanations and more time to take photos and enjoy the places, without compromising the schedule. Furthermore, we stayed too long at the first stop (more than an hour and a half), namely Chinchero, perhaps the least beautiful place of all, only to then dedicate less and less time to the others, which were decidedly more interesting. Organization definitely needs to be reviewed!

Mandatory tour in the Cusco region to enjoy many places in the Sacred Valley. Initially, we planned to take the train in Ollantaytambo, but luckily we changed our minds before booking and visited all the places, including Pisac, which would have been missed. In particular, the guide Jeannie was excellent, very attentive, cheerful, and informative. Maintained joy and motivation on a long day, passing through many places. Lunch in Urubamba was in a very pleasant place, with very good food (like in many places in Peru).

Our guide Emile did an amazing job! He was translating between Spanish and English, and made sure we understood everything clearly. He was extremely informative and passionate in explaining everything at each site. We really enjoyed learning about the Incan culture and the significance of the Sacred Valley. We were disappointed that some members of our tour were not interested in the information and were only there to take pictures. But Emile really pulled through and ensured we had a great time. Thank you so much!

A fun and educational day, in which we saw a lot of different things. Because there were many stops it was a tight schedule, so there was little time to walk around extensively. Nevertheless, highly recommended. Thank you!

I love IPERU, super helpful, I did all the trips of the trip with them. The tour of the sacred valley was the best tour after Macchu Picchu, the very helpful guide and introduced us to much of the Inca and local culture!

The experience was very intense, accompanied by Manuel who was an excellent guide who took care of every detail.

We definitely don't like this walk. First they offer many visits in one day. No visit time was met, in all of them we stayed less time than informed in the ad. Much less time, attraction with 90 minutes planned on the route we stayed 40 minutes. The lunch was planned for 80 minutes and we were only given 40. The van driver was very rude, in the stops he talked to get off quickly. On the trails between the visits, he drove at high speed and on many stretches was reckless. The guide barely gave us information about the places visited, such as the ride of the tour. The tour that was unique in our lives, was completely banalized by the agency.

Trip was well organized and our tour guide Jesus was really kind, and timely and kept the tour moving. We had a lot of stops and we felt there was enough time to move through them. Hotel pick up was convenient and the lunch buffet was really yummy and great atmosphere. Only thing was a small confusion about having the tourist tickets as some people in the group had them included and some didn’t but it was easy enough to get the at the locations. They accommodated vegetarians. Get ready for a day of walking and definitely have some cash with you.
