Anna did a good job showing us around some of the city inside the walls. Took us to good café that serves excellent coffee ☕️ drinks. Grazie and Ciao Anna !
Thank you for a lovely walking tour of Lucca. Anna was a very knowledgeable guide about the history. We had a great time.
Our guide, Anna, was very knowledgeable and made sure that the whole group stayed together and learned all the history of Lucca and its walls. I'm so glad we did a walking tour so that we have a good feel for how and why Lucca developed as it did.
A great introduction to Lucca, Anna was informative and engaging, the tour was well paced with the right balance of history, culture and general information of the area.
Knowledgeable guide and good overview of the town of Lucca. Anna covered the basics and more. Even allowed time for refreshments in a small piazza.
The tour leader was very knowledgeable. Very good tour enough details and adequate length. City of Lucca is a beautiful city and a must see in Tuscany.
A dual language tour - the engagement may have been better for those who speak Italian, in English there was no enthusiasm for the City, maybe better to read a tour guide book yourself.
Dear Madam, Not all the Italian speakers understand English, so in this situation I have to do tours in double language. Best Regards Anna
Excellent tour, very knowledgeable and friendly would definitely recommend
Be careful booking this experience. The tour guide did not show. iMessage the tour operator via that app and there was no response. It wasn’t until over an hour later that I got a response from the tour guide that she “forgot“ that she was already booked for this tour. once I contacted Viator they were able to process my refund.
Sorry, Madam. I had another tour-leading and tour-guide service and I had forgotten to out on Viator the option "Not available". Please, forgive me
Informative - beautiful walk to introduce important sites of Lucca . Lots of History - Anna spoke good English😁
