Und die Kanalkreuzfahrtroute führt uns durch die wichtigsten Kanäle, die Amstel und sieben Brücken, einige der bekanntesten Orte Amsterdams. Sie können die Stadt nicht wirklich erleben, ohne ihre Wasserstraßen kennenzulernen! Auf dieser Tour hören Sie Geschichten, die Sie sonst nie hören würden. Really enjoyed this combined trip. The canal boat was a lot of fun…much better than expected. The walk wasn’t quite as expected:- more a walk and chat. It was fine don’t get me wrong but wasn’t as informative as hoped. Still I’d recommend.

In general, the tour and guide were both very good. The only part of the tour that we thought was not necessary was the long walk through the shopping district of Amsterdam. None of us on the tour were interested in shopping nor was there time to shop. Perhaps this was the only way back to the main canal to get on the canal tour cruise; however, it was the least interesting part of the walking tour.

Great walking tour. Claire was charming. The boat cruise was fun but a little haphazard with the cheese tasting. Some tables were served way too many with lots of cheese leftover and we were forgotten and had to ask for the service.

We showed up 10 minutes late for the tour (our fault but we miscalculated how long it would take to walk from the ship). We missed the guide and then couldn’t catch up with them. We were offered a tour later that day at 3:30 but it was raining hard and very cold so we passed on that with our little kids. We did do the boat ride, which was VERY fun but it started 30 minutes later than we’d be told so we sat in rain and cold and extra half hour. I requested a partial refund since we didn’t get to do any of the tour beside the boat ride, I thought that was reasonable but they denied us. It was a disappointing experience.

While we truly want to make every experience enjoyable, the circumstances and timing were beyond our control, and we could not offer a refund in this case. We do our best to be flexible, but it's also crucial for guests to take responsibility for showing up on time, as tours and schedules are carefully planned. We appreciate your understanding.
Loved the walking tour and our guide was great! Everything ran smooth until we were left to go to our additional canal cruise option. The company told our guide it was at a different time, luckily I was keeping an eye on the time. We had to leave the tour early and literally run to catch our cruise on time, but we enjoyed it very much!

This was awesome! I only have four stars bc the meeting point was confusing. I got the directions then I got another set of instructions to the boat. I got confused and went to the boat start. This was my bad but please go with your instincts and if it’s not correct there’s always another way. We missed the walking tour but we were able to catch the boat. Fun!
