This company charged me for a ride I never even took. There are many other transfer companies to choose from. Stay away from this place. You're even better off taking a taxi from the airport
Hi Jamaal We're sorry to hear that your experience with us left you feeling displeased and we of course understand how frustrating a situation like yours could be. To be completely clear, we did make accomodations for your transportation as requested and we were at the airport for almost two hours after your flight landed in anticipation of your arrival. It wasn't until after that length of time did we contact you to see if you were still at the airport and if you were ready to go and we got no response when we tried calling. You then reached out informing us that you had taken a taxi instead. In addition, a refund would not be possible because, as shown in our cancellation policy that would have been on the ticket you recieved upon booking, any changes/requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup is outside of the eligibility window for a refund. We once again apologize for any frustration you've experienced and sincerely hope that you enjoy the rest of your vacation.
We booked the round trip transfer. Arrival and departure transfers went smoothly without any hiccups. Both drivers were extremely friendly and had the tunes playing for a relaxing ride to our hotel and back to the airport. The vehicles were clean and the drivers ensured we had a safe ride. I will be using this transportation service again when my family and I visit JA in the future.

I met Byron about 15 years ago when he picked my friend and I up at the airport in Montego Bay Jamaica. She raved about her driver Byron and I can see why. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. A genuine human being!!! A few years later we made another trip to Jamaica and again Byron was our driver. Now 10 years or so later I arrived in Montego Bay Jamaica with a few friends. I did not need a driver since the shuttle would pick us up at the airport. I could not let the week go by without contacting Byron! We keep in touch on Facebook and have become friends. I sent Byron a message to see if he could take my friends and I to Doctor’s Cave in Montego Bay for the afternoon. Byron was delighted to hear from me and took us the following day. Byron is always on time and will keep in contact to be sure you know when he will be arriving to pick you up. Byron’s Jamaica Tours is the BEST in Jamaica!!!!

I must say that my birthday was well spent at pier 1 Montego Bay Jamaica and my driver Karl mad it even better! He was jovial and he made sure that we felt safe and comfortable!!

Byron’s Jamaica Tours was fabulous! We used their car service round trip from the Montego Bay Airport to our resort in Falmouth. Courtney was our driver both times. He was professional and his vehicle was immaculately clean. Courtney provided a tour guide experience of Jamaica, as it was our first trip! We traveled March 16-21, 2001. We highly recommend Byron’s Jamaica Tours and traveling to Jamaica! It was the most beautiful country and the people are truly the best!
