Das Hauptziel ist einfach : die Nordlichter mit Ihnen im Bild zu sehen und zu fotografieren, mit unseren professionellen Kameras und jahrelangem Fotografie-Know-how. Wir fahren so weit wie nötig, auch über die Grenze nach Schweden, wenn dort die Lichter stehen. Die Gesamtdauer der Tour beträgt zwischen 4 und 6 Stunden, abhängig von den Bedingungen der Nacht. Wir haben unzählige Orte rund um Lappland erkundet. Unser Team überwacht Live-Aurora-Daten rund um die Uhr, Satellitenwolkenkarten und Wettermodelle den ganzen Tag über. Sobald wir bestätigt haben, dass die Bedingungen gut genug sind, ziehen wir um. Und wenn wir uns bewegen, verpflichten wir uns voll und ganz: Wir fahren so weit, wie nötig - mal 50 km, mal 200 + km - um klaren Himmel zu finden und die Lichter zu sehen. Wir gehen dahin, wo die Nordlichter sind – und nehmen Sie mit!

Wir überwachen kontinuierlich Sonnenwindbewegungen, um zu wissen, wann die Nordlichter am besten sind. Es wird empfohlen, eine Reservierung für den ersten Tag Ihrer Ankunft vorzunehmen. Wenn die Prognose für den gebuchten Tag schlecht ist, verschieben wir die Reservierung auf den nächsten Tag usw. Wenn kein geeigneter Tag gefunden werden kann, wird die Zahlung zurückerstattet. Wir machen keine Reise, wenn die Möglichkeiten unmöglich sind. So haben Sie die beste Chance, die Nordlichter zu sehen. Wir fahren mit Minivans und kleinen Gruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Erfahrung bestmöglich ist. Wir empfehlen Snacks für den Abend und warme Kleidung mitzunehmen. Wir konzentrieren uns darauf, Nordlichter zu finden und deshalb konzentrieren wir uns nicht darauf, Lagerfeuer zu machen und Würstchen und Getränke zu grillen, weil es normalerweise aufgrund von Wetter und Autofahren einfach unmöglich ist :)
Wir gehen zum nächsten geheimen Ort, wo ist offener Himmel und Chance, die Nordlichter zu sehen! Wenn der Himmel nicht klar ist, ziehen wir zu den nächsten Spots!

Wir besuchen die besten Orte während der Nacht und fahren zurück nach Rovaniemi, nachdem wir die beste Show der Nacht gesehen haben!

Excellent trip. Managed to get to see the northern lights. definitely worth it.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My original booking for 26th Feb 2026 kept getting cancelled and was finally moved to 28th Feb. Since it was my first trip to Finland, I adjusted my flights to 1st March early morning just to make this aurora tour work. Before the trip, I specifically confirmed with their staff that we’d return by around 2:00–2:30 am. Instead, we got back at 4:00 am after an 8–9 hour trip (even going into Sweden), causing me to miss my flight and spend an extra £300 on a last-minute ticket. When I raised this, the manager refused to compensate me and simply refunded the tour to GetYourGuide—which I won’t even receive as it was a sponsored booking. On top of that, the “professional photos” were terrible—blurry, rushed, and not worth it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy: First, the Northern Lights were in fact seen during your tour, meaning the experience was successfully delivered. Second, the duration of the tour is always communicated as flexible (approximately 4–10 hours) depending on weather conditions and how far we need to travel to find clear skies. On your night, conditions required a longer drive, which is part of maximizing the chances of seeing the auroras. This is also why we always strongly advise guests not to book the tour on the night before an early morning flight, as return times cannot be guaranteed. Regarding your request for additional compensation due to a missed flight — this is unfortunately not something we can take responsibility for, as flight arrangements are outside of the scope of the tour, and the duration flexibility is clearly communicated in advance. Luca was an exceptional guide and truly made this experience unforgettable. He reached out ahead of time to let us know the tour start time had shifted slightly, which I really appreciated—it set the tone for how organized and thoughtful the entire experience would be. We met downtown at the main office and headed out with a small group of eight, which felt just right. Everything was clearly well planned, and Luca created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I did this with my 10-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we’ll both remember for years. After some incredible viewing and photo opportunities, Luca built a fire where we warmed up with hot drinks and cookies—such a cozy and perfect ending to the evening. Absolutely worth it—100% recommend!

The guides Jeremias and Toni were awesome. We have got excellent views of the northern lights and the photographs were amazing. They never got tired of clicking more pictures.
