Enjoyed a very good tour with an excellent guide & driver. Ali G is a very knowledgeable & personable guide.
The tour was fantastic. A full day of information and interesting sites. The guide was Asim which is pronounced awesome. He was true to his name, truly awesome. Very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our day was structured but with plenty of flexibility for our pace and interests. Asim has first hand experience and history in the area that cannot be matched. Communication before the tour was timely and helpful. Highly recommend the tour.
GG was a great guide! She did an amazing job sharing the history of the sites and letting us explore. The Open Air museum is definitely the highlight of the tour.
Ali was an outstanding guide for our day in Cappadocia. He's a natural storyteller and clearly knows his history inside and out. At Goreme Open Air Museum, he walked us through the Byzantine rock-cut churches and brought the frescoes to life with real historical context, not just dates and names, but the actual stories behind why these places existed and how monks lived there centuries ago. On top of that, the guy is funny as hell. He kept us laughing all day while still teaching us something at every stop. That mix of humor and real knowledge is rare. He has a great balance of depth and pace too. Detailed enough to actually learn something, but never dragging or boring. You can tell he genuinely loves the region and wants visitors to understand it, not just photograph it. If you're doing Cappadocia with Hereke Travel, ask for Ali. Damn good guide, funny as hell, and one of the best parts of our trip.
Ali G was a great guide! The tour is highly recommended!
Ali G was the best tour guide. Very accommodating and patient with our small group. I highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience on this tour with Ali G in Cappadocia! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable from start to finish. They shared so much interesting information about the history and culture while making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. The itinerary was well planned, and we never felt rushed. You can really tell they care about giving guests a memorable experience. I left with great memories and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you for such a wonderful day!
The places we visited were very interesting and well worth it; however, the attention from our guide Ali and our driver Fathi made the experience truly special.
Enjoyed the red trip very much. Had the same guide Mitat on both green and red tours so that was good! A lot to see. The tuff formations are so varied and amazing; so are the churches in the open air museum. My only suggestion is to give us a bit more time at the last stop- the love valley cuz it’s really serene and would have enjoyed sitting there quietly, taking in the majestic view for a bit longer at the end of the trip.
My guide Gee was very friendly and easy to understand. It was fun to learn Turkish too ♫ I participated in June, but the sunlight was strong and it was hot, and I was grateful for the water. Lunch was also very helpful because there was a vegetarian menu.
