This course clearly explained how to create different kinds of delicious pasta. Food was adapted for various dietary needs without sacrificing quality and taste. Everything was fun and delicious!

From the very start, Ricardo made us all feel very comfortable. He was very clear in what we were going to accomplish and how we would start the pasta process as well as choosing which sauce we would like to make. I am a pretty accomplish cook and I really feel like I learned a lot in every aspect of our cooking experience. I know that jewels of information he relayed will be so useful in my future cooking. My husband had a wonderful time And and as others in the class, he was helped and learned a lot. I am Pretty sure that I can say that we all really enjoyed our class.
