Claudia was amazing with her knowledge of Rome, the Vatican and papacy. She is friendly, accommodating and answered any and all questions. We skipped the long lines she definitely knew where to go and who to ask. Would recommend and do again!
Amazing experience enhanced by our lovely guide Claudia who was so knowledgable and full of useful information and advice. Guided us through to St Peter’s square to fabulous seats!
The guide, Claudia, was great and the experience was amazing!
Claudia was amazing and got seats right up close. Unfortunately the pope mobile didn't go by us but still memorable. Highly recommend Claudia!
We had an excellent experience. Our tour guide, Claudia, was very well organized, and all expectations were clearly communicated from the beginning. She was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for an informative, enjoyable, and well-managed tour experience. Excellent job!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about Alishba! She is just a fabulous tour guide! Knowledgeable, kind, helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.
I do not recommend this experience with Claudia from Good Morning Italy Tours. She stopped our group twice to talk about things related to the Vatican while people rushed past us instead of focusing on securing good seats for the group. As a result, only I had the best seat while everyone else could see the Pope behind one or two other heads. Somebody please explain to her that the priority of this paid tour (we paid for a free experience to the public so we could get great seats) is to secure the best seats for everyone and once you have done that, while the group waits for the Pope to appear, then she can talk all she wants about the Vatican.
Good morning, really i don't understand your review. I can't like everyone and i accept it but you wrote is false first because i explain before the opening time of metal detector that usually is at 7,20/7,30 and then i provided you the seats close to the baluster to let you see well the Pope
It was an amazing and emotional experience to be so physically close to Pope Leo. He has a very calming presence.
The tour with Good Morning Italy and Claudia was excellent! Claudia is so informative and knowledgeable and also guided us to excellent seats to see the Pope as he processed through the crowd. Well organized and highly recommended!
It is free to go to the papal audience, but having a guide helps you with tips on where to sit and what to expect. Well, the guide gave us a meeting time at 6:40am and she was late! Did not respond to any of our calls. So we took matters into on own hands and went in line as it was starting to be very busy! And the queue was getting long! She finally showed up and because she was late, we could no longer use the left entrance dedicated to the tours! I DEFINITELY would not spend the money for this! All the info our guide gave us (toilet location / pope’s route etc…) were wrong! I actually googled to find the route to the restrooms and I was actually able to stay longer as my other tour was JUST around the corner. The guide told us to leave at 10am and we left at 11:00 am at the end of the pope ‘s audience! She was absolutely USELESS! Now I have to argue for a refund, because the guide claims she provided service! Just because she thinks she provided a service doesn't meant I have to accept her worthless service!
