Ihre Tour beginnt an der Piazza Navona, einem der berühmtesten Plätze Roms, der auf dem Gelände eines antiken Stadions erbaut wurde. Berühmt für seine atemberaubenden Brunnen, lebendige Atmosphäre und barocke Architektur, ist es auch ein Dreh- und Angelpunkt für römische Esskultur. Die Piazza ist von Cafés und Trattorien umgeben, wo Sie einen Espresso trinken, ein traditionelles Gelato genießen oder klassische römische Gerichte wie Supplì und Pizza Bianca probieren können. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um Geschichte mit einem Geschmack lokaler Aromen zu vermischen, genau das, worum es bei dieser Tour geht !

We had such a great time on the Secret Food Tour in Rome! It was the perfect way to experience the city through its food while learning about the neighborhoods and local history. This was such a fun - and very filling - tour! Rocio, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgable, brimming with stories about the streets, piazzas and buildings we passed or visited. And the food, wow! You will NOT leave hungry, in fact, our tour began at 11:00 am and I didn’t think we’d be hungry again till breakfast! From the salumi to the suppli, from the lentils to the pizza and pasta…. The savory dishes were so good. And of course, what Italian food tour would be complete without cannoli and gelato?!? Check and check! We experienced all this while seeing the beauty of Roma around every corner. My entire family and even my 2-yr-old grandson enjoyed every minute! Rocio was the best guide we could have hoped for!
