Outdoor tour, hot in summer weather. Some stairs and climbing involved. Interesting history as a prison of the Castel provided.

This was a disaster- the 2 hour tour was supposed to start at 4:45, but the tour guide refused to start the tour, even though we asked her several times. She said she was waiting for more guests, and that it was "no problem". At 5:30, when she still refused to take us into the site, we ended up buying our own tickets and going into the venue ourselves, as it closed at 7 , and we wanted to have time to see it. We will be seeking a full refund. My advice- stay away from Loving Rome. They were totally unprofessional
The guide was easy to find with his sign and the tour started on time. Alex, our guide, was knowledgeable and interactive with the guests. The castle was worth seeing and I learned more on this guided tour than I would have on my own.
This was a really enjoyable, extremely informative tour through a structure that holds an incredible amount of history. Our guide Alec was very knowledgeable as well as very entertaining! This was a great way to take in a lot of information in a relatively short amount of time!
If I could give a zero rating I would. We received several emails confirming our tour in Rome, two days prior to the tour date, we received an email with a link to the tickets. The day of our tour we arrived to the meeting spot as directed in the email. The tour guide never showed up. I called the phone number in.the emails and the guide told me he couldn’t make it and had sent me an email canceling the tour. I never received a cancellation email, I checked my spam and double checked my emails. I was furious because we were only spending the day in Rome and wasted several hours of our valuable time waiting for this tour only to be stood up. I was charged for the tour and had to go through the process of getting a refund which I must say I received a credit very quickly.
Our guide, Alec was really knowledgeable and great fun! Great views of Rome from the terrace for anyone wanting to take photos.
We didn’t get to take this tour because they were unidentified outside of the castle. Then when I called they didn’t answer and said we were late when we arrived before the tour was suppose to start but couldn’t find them. Don’t recommend at all.
Good place to walkthrough, had a good time. However the tour changed our time last minute and had to cancel. So they gave us the tickets and we had to see the site ourselves
We arrived 30 min early. But when it was time to meet our tour guide they never arrived we waited 15 minutes after our departure time and still no tour guide. No contact be e-mail or text so we didn’t get to experience the Castle sant Angelo. I texted the company to get a refund and have not heard back or received a refund.
