Beginnen Sie Ihre Reise mit einer persönlichen Abholung vom Kreuzfahrthafen in einem privaten Fahrzeug und genießen Sie während der 20-minütigen Fahrt zum West Bay Beach die malerische Aussicht auf das Meer. Unser Team am Strand versorgt Sie mit allen wichtigen Informationen, die Sie benötigen. Wir sorgen dafür, dass Sie rechtzeitig vor der Abreise sicher zum Kreuzfahrthafen zurückkehren und von unserem zweisprachigen Fahrer Bill begleitet werden. Der Treffpunkt ist eine Stunde nach dem Anlegen Ihres Schiffes im Hafen angesetzt. Schiffszeit und Ortszeit können abweichen, daher haben wir den Treffpunkt entsprechend angepasst. Wenn sich die Ankunftszeit Ihres Schiffes ändert, bleibt der Treffpunkt eine Stunde nach Ihrer Ankunft. Sie können, wenn möglich, früher als eine Stunde nach dem Anlegen von Bord gehen, da unsere Reiseleiter vor der Ankunft Ihres Schiffes verfügbar sind. Seien Sie versichert, wenn Sie es nicht innerhalb einer Stunde schaffen, werden unsere Mitarbeiter auf Sie warten. Our driver was very kind and was the best part of the trip. The drive btw is 40-45 minutes from Carnival port, Isla Tropicale. You will pass the royal Caribbean port on the way, it’s about half way. The beach and resort is Henry Morgan and is well kept and pretty. Clear water and great sand. The beach area is small however and crawling with solicitors. Think Jamaica. You will be solicited for “excursions”, bracelets, braids, etc multiple times by all of them. Even after you have declined several times. We told our driver to cut us short and only stayed 2 hours and had time for 3 more hours. It was just exhausting to keep the solicitors at bay.

Our driver, Murphy was amazing, very knowledgeable, and nice! He met us and walked us to the car and made sure we felt safe! He even walked us into the resort and made sure we were good before he left. He even asked us if there was anything else we wanted to do besides go to the beach and even gave us suggestions. The resort was good, the beach was good, but the hagglers were HORRIBLE! They even came into the resort part to bother us after several times of telling them no. They started rubbing oil on us while we were saying no and then after our “free” 2 minutes basically forced us to give them $40, because they gathered around us and would not leave!! We definitely wish they enforced no soliciting and no haggling better! We will not go back to that beach if we go there again because of this!
We had a wonderful day in Roatán thanks to the best driver and guide, Tyler Sanchez! He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of—from getting us to and from our resort on time to making sure we got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. He shared so much knowledge about the island, showed us local favorites, and even called ahead to a local restaurant so our food would be ready when we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding! If you’re planning a trip to Roatán, do yourself a favor and ask for Tyler Sanchez. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Tyler, for making our day so memorable!
Diana with Tucan Tours was an amazing guide. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. Above all, she was enthusiastic! She took us to the beach club we had booked for the day while we were on our cruise. She also offered to stop along the way so we could get pictures at the Roatan sign, etc. When we arrived at the beach club, she made sure we got our wristbands and a great chair on the beach. She was there every step of the way and we had such a positive experience!
Excellent experience, highly recommend west bay beach .The best at Roatan.Our guide Ruth Amaya, was great. The food is pricey, but you can find better options across many restaurants on the beach.
Kendall, our private driver/guide was very professional and knowledgable about the local area and what to do. He offered to take us anywhere we wanted and had great suggestions. The only thing we really wanted to do was go to the beach and so we just went to the Henry Morgan resort beach. The beach was soooooo nice and chill. Very clean, beautiful fine sand and clear water. Variety of chairs to lay out on - shade or sun options available. We didn't eat there but people around us seemed to enjoy their meals/drinks. Originally we had an issue with the booking, but it was our fault for accidentally scheduling the wrong day. The staff that met us at the meeting point was very attentive and helped us immediately get in touch with the tour operating headquarters and they got us a driver right away!! What great service. We felt completely safe and cared for the whole time. Highly recommended.
Jose is the best tour guide/driver. Knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind and patient with all of us, a group of 12 with young kids and teenagers. We had the most amazing day in Roatan, all thanks to him.

The driver, Carlos, was amazing. In addition to the resort, he offered to drive us anywhere so we went to a scenic overlook and chocolate factory. We had a great time chatting with him, and he shared a lot of facts about the island. Having a private driver was worth it!
