Anweisungen zur Abholung vom Flughafen - Gehen Sie nach der Passkontrolle und dem Zoll in die Ankunftshalle. Verwenden Sie die erste Tür auf der rechten Seite, um das Terminal am Informationsschalter zu verlassen. Sobald Sie draußen sind, biegen Sie hinter der Barrikade rechts ab, Ihr Agent wird mit Ihrem Namen beschildert sein. Sollten Sie Fragen haben, lassen Sie es uns bitte wissen. Anweisungen zur Abholung vom Hotel - Bitte treffen Sie Ihren Fahrer in der Lobby, der mit einem personalisierten Schild mit Ihrem Namen auf Sie wartet. Bei der Abreise aus Jamaika wird empfohlen, mindestens drei Stunden vor Abflug am Flughafen einzutreffen. Ihre Abfahrtszeit wird bei der Buchung bestätigt.

Horrible experience. I paid for round trip and only received one way. While I went through the company that provided them as our airport transportation, they denied giving me a partial refund. The customer service representative was rude and tried to say that she didn’t see anything in the system as I had to provided my return flight in order to receive the confirmation number for the round trip. Not only were they not communicative, they were very nonchalant as my flight departures at 12pm and telling me at approximately 9ish close to 10am, that we don’t have a return ride, even though the airport is 1+ hrs, from the resort we were staying in. The costumer service representation tried to blame it on me, instead of making accommodations. I will not recommend this company to anybody. Not only did I have to provide extra transportation for myself (extra expense), my driver confirmed that this is not the first time that he received tourist, who booked with this company and they complain of not having a return ride, and not receiving a refund !!!!

For all round-trip airport transfers, your departure flight information is required in order for our team to schedule and dispatch a driver. This information was requested but was never provided to us, and no return-transfer request was submitted through your booking partner. Without the necessary flight and pickup details, it is impossible for us to confirm or assign a driver for your departure. On 24th March 2026 at 8:33 AM, you contacted us requesting an 8:00 AM pickup for a same-day departure. Unfortunately, we were unable to dispatch a vehicle on such short notice, especially given that your resort is over one hour away from the airport. Our team explained this clearly and politely during the call. We completely understand the frustration of travel delays and miscommunication, but we must respectfully note that we cannot provide service for a departure transfer when essential details are not supplied. We depend on accurate information from our guests. Regarding the claim that “many guests complain about missing return rides,” we take such statements very seriously. Our records show consistent successful round-trip services daily, and issues only arise when required information is not provided. We remain committed to delivering reliable, professional transportation services, and we are always available to assist guests who submit the necessary details. We wish you safe travels and hope for the opportunity to serve you under better circumstances in the future.
My driver was amazing! He explained different sites that we were passing along the way and made several suggestions of things to do and see while I was here in Jamaica. He was so professional he made sure that I was comfortable with the air conditioning and he offered water. I pray I get him for my return to the airport..

Cannot ask for a better Airport transfer service for my sister and I first time ever in Jamaica. C.J. rolled up like a champ. Punctual. Patient. Incredibly polite. Gave us a mini tour on the way to the Riu Hotel Resort in Ocho Rios. Being in my family original home was exciting. Jamaica Quest Tours will be the one I choose for my next trip.
