Die Tour besucht den westlichen Teil von Rio de Janeiro, der mit viel Natur und einsamen Stränden unberührt bleibt. Wir folgen der Küste, vorbei an 5 verschiedenen Stränden (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio und Macumba). Wir halten zuerst in Prainha, einem kleinen und geschützten Strand, der als Surfspot in Rio gilt, wo Sie 1,5 Stunden zum Gipfel von Caeté (253 m = 830 ft) wandern, der einen großartigen Blick auf die Küste und andere Berge von Rio bietet. Von Prainha, in weiteren 5 min. Mit der Fahrt erreichen wir Grumari, unsere letzte Station und wo wir bleiben, um den Strand für etwa 3 Stunden zu genießen. Grumari ist auch ein Naturschutzgebiet und Sie werden einen erstaunlichen und paradiesischen tropischen Strand mit weißem und feinkörnigem Sand, grünen Bergen und klarem Wasser genießen (bringen Sie Handtuch und Badeanzug mit).

Wonderful place, much heat and the trail made us sweat well rsrs. But the beautiful tour, I really liked Guia Renata, very friendly and explained very well the journey we did.

The walk was very good, it included some hiking in Prainha, and then I had the option to choose between this beach and Grumari, which I preferred because it was less crowded. Santiago, my guide, was attentive during the hiking, also giving me information about the history of Brazil and recent events. I highly recommend Jungle me, for their professionalism and attention to detail.

If in Rio you must take a day to see the beautiful beaches outside of the city and the magic of the Tijuca Forest. Fun day and we even learned a lot about the history of Brazil.

Excellent tour that combines a trail in the Atlantic forest and the afternoon on the most isolated beaches in Rio de Janeiro: Prainha and Grumari. For me, it was a perfect day: the trail in the bush was nice, with a beautiful view at the end. Our guide Thiago shared a lot of information about nature, the history of Rio de Janeiro, it was quite enriching. After that, we walked to the beach of Grumari and spent the rest of the afternoon there, enjoying the beauty of the sea, without a lot of people around. For people who want to enjoy the beauty of Rio with light physical activity and enjoyable beach, I recommend.
