- Bei Buchungen für nur 1 oder 2 Passagiere handelt es sich um einen Sammelflug. Für einen Passagier haben wir einen Platz auf einem anderen Flug gefunden, auf dem bereits zwei weitere Passagiere gebucht sind. Sollten diese beiden anderen Passagiere eine Änderung oder Stornierung der Tour beantragen, werden wir die Abflugzeit auf den nächstmöglichen Termin verschieben. In diesem Fall werden wir Sie so früh wie möglich, spätestens jedoch 5 Stunden im Voraus, darüber informieren. Bei 2 Passagieren können wir noch 1 oder 2 weitere Passagiere in den Flug aufnehmen. Der Flug findet auch dann statt, wenn wir keine Passagiere mehr aufnehmen.
- Da es unser Ziel ist, Ihnen stets einen unvergesslichen Tag in Verbindung mit einem sicheren Flug zu bieten, kann der Flug jederzeit abgesagt werden, sollten die Wetterbedingungen ungünstig sein. In diesem Fall werden wir den Flug entsprechend der Verfügbarkeit des Kunden umbuchen.

Well worth the money , make sure you go on a clear day the views are unreal , goes by so quick though , would of preferred a 1/2 more minutes at Christ the redeemer

Absolutely fantastic experience! Must be done if at all possible while in Rio. The pilot pointed out all the different sites to us and we were able to put our legs out at certain points. On the ground the staff are amazing. I had contact with Rebeca constantly and she was so helpful and everyone who looked after us before and after the flight was great. Wagner was really great with us after the flight! So friendly and helpful.

We booked the open-door helicopter experience with Rio2Fly and it was absolutely out of this world from start to finish. We were a little behind schedule on the day, but it didn’t matter at all as the waiting area was a relaxed little bar and garden space that made it easy to unwind before the flight. Everything felt calm, well organised and welcoming. Once in the air, it was simply breathtaking. Flying over Christ the Redeemer with the doors open is something that’s hard to put into words — it’s just one of those experiences you’ll never forget. The guide in the air was amazing too, constantly pointing things out and making the whole experience even more special. We’d originally booked for a Tuesday, but the team contacted us the day before to say the weather looked better that afternoon and offered us the chance to switch. We did and it was completely worth it. Honestly, just an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

This was the best experience of my life! I've been wanting to do this helicopter tour for as long as I can remember, and I finally crossed it off my bucket list. To say it was worth it, would not be enough. This tour, flight, service, employees, amenities, process, everything was beyond perfect. Not only did the actual flight completely exceed my expectations from how truly magical it was, but the pilot was so professional, made us feel safe, gave us amazing views (even turning the helicopter around at the major points so we could see from both sides) and overall such a smooth ride. From the moment I booked through whatsapp, the response was quick, friendly and helpful. The tour options and pricing were explained clearly, with route maps and instructions for payment and day of logistics and was so easy to get to in uber with the location they provide. But then once we arrived on site, we had 10/10 experience, especially with Gabriel. He helped get us checked in, suited up, briefed with safety instructions and answered all questions we had, not only professionally but with a great attitude and smile on his face. This establishment is well run, accommodating, professional, clean and has beautiful views. Aside from that, they have a bar and snacks to order while you wait, safety procedures are clear and quick, they provide high-quality cellphone holder for you to take footage on your ride as well as lockers for anything you can't bring with you. Hands down the BEST tour experience and company I've ever booked with. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be going back.

BAD experience with 2Fly. We didn't get to see Christ for more than 2 seconds literally! Specifically we asked about the day and time of best weather and also that we were only interested in seeing Christ. And the company didn’t warn us about the weather forecast, when there are a lot of helicopters coming and going, there were a lot of clouds around Christ. Other people who took the helicopter if they were warned of the likelihood of bad weather.

Desafortunadamente, las nubes alrededor del Cristo pueden aparecer muy rápidamente, incluso de un vuelo a otro, y es algo que muchas veces está fuera de nuestro control. En ese mismo día, la mayoría de los pasajeros estaban logrando ver el Cristo con buena visibilidad, por lo que las condiciones cambiaron de manera inesperada en su momento específico 🌥️. Siempre hacemos todo lo posible para monitorear el clima y ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible, pero en algunos casos la naturaleza puede cambiar muy rápidamente.
