Entdecken Sie Ribera del Duero in entspanntem Tempo auf dieser Zwei-Wein-Tour mit Hotelabholung von Madrid. Entwickelt für Weinliebhaber aller Niveaus, gibt Ihnen dieses Erlebnis einen Vorgeschmack auf die gefeierten Tempranillo-Weine der Region. Wir besuchen zwei sorgfältig ausgewählte Weingüter, die auf Ihr Weinwissen und die Art von Erlebnis zugeschnitten sind, die Sie suchen; ob Sie moderne Weinkeller erkunden, Familienwinzer treffen oder in die Geschichte der Region eintauchen. An jedem Stopp genießen Sie eine geführte Verkostung von drei Weinen, die Ihnen einen echten Geschmack von Ribera del Duero verleihen. Zwischen den Besuchen machen wir eine Mittagspause in einem lokalen Restaurant (Selbstzahler), wo Sie regionale Spezialitäten oder etwas Leichteres in Ihrem eigenen Tempo genießen können. Mit maximal 8 Gästen aus maximal 2 Gruppen ist die Atmosphäre entspannt, flexibel und immer persönlich. Egal, ob Sie gerade erst anfangen, Wein zu erkunden oder bereits ein erfahrener Verkoster sind, dies ist die ideale Art, Ribera del Duero an einem einzigen Tag zu entdecken.

Fahrt nach Ribera del Duero. Ca. 2 Stunden.
Unser zweiter Besuch gilt einem relativ neuen Projekt, das jedoch von Menschen mit einer langen Weinbaugeschichte gegründet wurde. Wir gehen durch die Weinberge (wetterabhängig), um über das Weinwachstum zu sprechen und Ihnen eine kleine Struktur namens „Guardaviña“ zu zeigen. Anschließend begeben wir uns in das Weingut, um die verschiedenen Prozesse bei der Weinherstellung zu besprechen, bevor wir uns in den Reiferaum der Kathedrale begeben. Unser Besuch endet mit einer Verkostung von drei Weinen und Snacks.
Mittagessen (optional und nicht im Preis inbegriffen): Wenn Sie vor Ort essen möchten, lassen wir Ihnen etwas Zeit, um ein traditionelles Mittagessen mit Spanferkel zu genießen. Wir werden vor der Tour eine Reservierung in einem unserer Lieblingsrestaurants vornehmen. Wenn Sie möchten, können wir das Mittagessen auslassen und direkt zum zweiten Besuch übergehen.
Beginnend im Val Sotillo erklären wir Ihnen die verschiedenen wichtigen Punkte der D.O. Ribera del Duero, bevor wir uns auf einen Rundgang durch das Weingut begeben, um mehr über die Weinbereitungsmethoden zu erfahren, die uns in ein Netzwerk von unterirdischen Tunneln führen, einem grundlegenden Teil der Geschichte der Weinherstellung in diesem Land das Gebiet.

What an awesome tour with Michael. We checked out two wineries, each with their own unique winemaking style and model. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate in wine. He took great care of us and explained everything so patiently. The lunch he arranged was fantastic, especially the baby lamb! Highly recommend this tour.

We truly had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was always punctual and, before our trip, very communicative to ensure we had the best experience possible. Michael picked us up from our hotel in Madrid and then we visited two wineries in Ribera del Duero. In between the two winery visits, we stopped at a terrific place for lunch as well that Michael recommended. The first winery was more modern and there was no skimping on the tasting. The second winery was almost ancient with winding tunnels in underground caves and also delicious wine. And lunch was basically a Michelin starred restaurant without the insane prices; amazing. We are looking forward to returning to Spain and exploring more of the wine regions with Michael again!
