Sie sind die einzigen Fachleute auf dieser Insel, die vom Staat zertifiziert und autorisiert sind, Tsipouro herzustellen. Nach einer ausführlichen Weinprobe nähern Sie sich dem kulinarischen Aspekt Ihrer Tour, indem Sie eine unterhaltsame Kochstunde abhalten. Einer der besten Köche von Rhodos erklärt Ihnen die verschiedenen traditionellen Gerichte, die Sie gemeinsam zubereiten. Weinberg- und Brennereitour, Weinprobe, Kochkurs, griechisches Mittagessen mit 10 Gängen und unbegrenzter Wein - dies ist das umfassendste Erlebnis, das wir bisher anbieten. Zuerst begrüßen wir unsere Gäste und beginnen mit einer Weinbergtour, bei der wir in die Weinberge gehen und den Produktionsprozess dort erklären, dann betreten wir die Brennerei, um zu sehen, wie die Prozesse der Fermentation und Destillation Melasse in Souma & Tsipouro verwandeln. Anschließend nehmen wir an einer Weinprobe teil und analysieren, wie sich der Weinbereitungsprozess auf die Endprodukte auswirkt, während wir uns eingehend mit der Weinprobe befassen. Als nächstes nähern wir uns dem kulinarischen Aspekt unserer Tour, indem wir einen Kochkurs durchführen. Unser Koch kommt hinzu, um verschiedene Gerichte zu zeigen und zu erklären, die wir alle zusammen zubereiten. Während des Unterrichts sind unsere Gäste eingeladen, daran teilzunehmen und unseren Anweisungen zu folgen, um traditionelle Gerichte von Rhodos zuzubereiten. Very nice experience and exactly as promised. Jason was an excellent host. Only challenge was finding our ride in the busy harbor but we did.
Very good experience from the start. Opted for hotel pick-up but as we were located in old town I was concerned that vehicles weren’t allowed. After messaging company I was sent WhatsApp showing exact pick up location. Driver messaged to say running 5 mins late so communication was very good. Lovely air conditioned mini bus. On arrival we were greeted by Jason who gave us a wonderful insight into the wine making process . He really knows his wine ! After visiting the vines we sat down to taste the end products, something for everyone. Food preparation of Greek dishes was fun and the sit down meal that followed was a feast ( wine included of course ). Overall a very enjoyable experience and would recommend you try it.

Loved this experience and the chance to try unique Rhodean wine. Food was delicious, cookery class was fun and we came away with a bottle of wine!
I did this tour 3 years ago with friends, and loved it so much that I can back again with my parents. They loved it too. I don’t even like wine but I love it purely for the experience (including the cooking class). Another great day, thanks Jason! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The pickup was on time and honestly was so worth including - the vineyard is tricky to find (a few people got lost driving there) and also means you get to try all the delicious wine! The vineyard is beautiful and Jason talked passionately about his family business. I learnt so much about the process of making wine and the work that goes into it. The cooking class was really fun and interactive. The email of recipes was a nice touch too. Then the best part - the wine tasting! It was great to try new varieties and ones I wouldn't ordinarily pick in a shop. The lunch was delicious, with more than enough food for everyone and of course more wine. I just wish I hadnt just got a carry on for the plane so I could have bought some home with me! Thoroughly recommend this activity
What a great way to spend the last day of my holiday. From hotel pickup through to return the whole day was well organised. Jason and the rest of the team were welcoming, informative and funny. We had a wander around the vineyards, tasted 5 wines, all got involved in preparing 3 dishes, ate a huge meze (with wine) the visited their distillery.
It was great - earning about wine, tasting different wines, preparing courses for lunch, dining and sipping in lovely surroundings with newly made friends. Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Only negative was the meeting/pickup place was very unclear
