Beschreibung
Tour Rainbow Mountain, die wir in ca. 10 Stunden machen, ist der Guide ein Spezialist, der Ihnen hilft, bis zum Gipfel ca. 5080 msnm zu kommen. Bergfarbe ist natürlich und dies aufgrund der großen Menge an Sedimentsteinen in der Erosion, was es so schön und beeindruckend macht, ist, wie diese Steine geformt werden, um ihm das Aussehen eines Regenbogens zu geben. Wir sind eine Gruppe von 20 Menschen jeden Tag.

Reiseverlauf
Wir holen Sie um 4:00 Uhr morgens von Ihrem Hotel ab und sind um diese Zeit losgefahren, weil wir die Ersten sein möchten, die die schönsten Fotos der Landschaft machen. Von Cusco nach Cusipata dauert es 2 Stunden. Ankunft hier, wo wir unser Frühstück einnehmen.
Nach unserem Frühstück gehen wir noch eine Stunde weiter zum Ausgangspunkt für den Aufstieg auf den Berg. Unterwegs sehen wir Alpakas und Lamas
Wir werden 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten bis zum Gipfel laufen, wo wir die Möglichkeit haben werden, den Berg und die Farben (5100 m ü. M.) am höchsten Punkt zu sehen
Nachdem wir Fotos und Videos gemacht haben, kehren wir zum Restaurant zurück, wo wir unser Mittagsbuffet genießen, bevor wir nach Cusco zurückkehren.

We booked a private tour to Machu Piccu and Rainbow Mountain with Machu Piccu Peru Travel. We arrived two days before our trip to Rainbow Mountain to Cusco. Tania made a super effort in coming to our hotel to meet with us and explain how the days would go. She was very accommodating when we asked to borrow a walking stick for my father-in-law and always so pleasant and accommodating from my very first outreach. We were privileged to have Willie as our tour guide both days. Willie is the best as what he does. He made sure we got to see the special places and breath taking views. We felt like we have been friends with Willie for years. Celestino was also our driver both days. He’s also did a super job in driving us safely to our locations and making sure we were always okay. If you can afford to spend a few extra bucks, I highly recommend taking the private tour, getting the horse (if you’re not an avid hiker), and hopefully you get Willie. P.S. The faster you get up, the less crowded it is and the more you get to absorb the moment and the view. If you decide to get the horse, please don’t forget your tour guide, otherwise who would help you get the best photos and special views.

The guide Jaime was very attentive during the whole walk, climbing 5000 m with 2 children requires not only experience, but patience and attention. He was fantastic. The best guide we could have. The guide Tania went up walking and her energy and strength made the difference so we could go to the end. Very caring, experienced and attentive people. It's not easy to get to the Seven Colors Mountain - the curved and narrow road, altitude - but it was worth every second. One of the most spectacular tours of our lives! Spectacular. The private tour I recommend instead of the group tour because it is a very strong climb and if you feel bad, your private guide is better. Jaime attended me at all times and was with me step by step along the way. Excellent!

From beginning to end this was a great tour. Tania was very helpful in coordinating everything. She was very responsive via WhatsApp especially. Willy, our tour guide was phenomenal. We are just so lucky to have had him. He was kind, approachable, calming and looked out for us. Made us both feel very safe and secure on the hike. And when we got there to the top- wow!
