Our driver from Ravenna's Cruise Port to our water taxi was excellent and extremely helpful. I'd hoped that our water taxi would have dropped us closer to our apartment like our water taxi did on our departure.

Amazing experience! The grand canal was closed during our transfer and they scheduled a porter to transport our luggage to the hotel. Very helpful and the driver was very kind.

Francesco did a great job! He was friendly, courteous and did everything he could, to make sure we got to our water taxi transfer in Venice without issues. I would highly recommend this option for an after cruise pick up! The vehicle we traveled in was spotless and Francesco communicated with us about pick arrival time at the cruise terminal in Ravenna.
