Anna was were informative and knew exact history of each place. she was patient and gave us enough breaks.
We were blessed to have a very small group and an amazing tour guide Olesia. She was so friendly and a great narrator.
Olesia was an excellent guide - very informative and enthusiastic. A warm and personalised experience.
We had a wonderful walking tour with our guide Olesia! She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend this experience to get to now more about City Hall, Gamla Stan and the Vasa Museum.
After the initial confusion over the meeting place I found the tour good. Ana our guide was very knowledgeable about all the areas we visited & kept the tour interesting. The Vasa museum is a must see
Great guide and introduction to the Old Town and the Vasamuseet
Tak for din feedback! Vi vil sørge for at fortælle din guide, Olesia, at du nød din oplevelse med hende. Med venlig hilsen, Frankie
It was cold, and sometimes windy and wet, so we were the only two on the tour but with two guide trainees. NOTE THAT THE CITY HALL PORTION IS OUTSIDE ONLY. That wasn’t clear from the tour title. We also had to pay the modest cost for the ferry from Gamla Stan to the island with the Vasa Museum. Anna, our tour guide was very good. The tour ends at the Vasa Museum and you’ll probably want to stay and see more after the “tour” ends.
Dear James, thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Sad to hear that you felt cold - Stockholm can get very windy and rainy in the springtime. You are right that the *inside* of the city hall isn't included, which is also stated in the product listing, in case you missed that! We try to be as transparent as possible with what's included in the pricepoint, like for example, the Vasa Museum entry tickets, as described on the tour listing that you selected here on this platform, as guests often miss this key information. Unfortunately, in order to go inside the City Hall's walls, you must pre-book a time slot directly through the City Hall's website only. Hope that clears things up a bit and thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us. Best regards, Frankie
Great guided tour of Stockholm with a perfect balance of history and practical insights. We started at City Hall, learning about its architecture, the Three Crowns symbol, and the origins of the city. From the waterfront, we looked over Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen, with clear explanations of how the different islands developed and who lived there. Walking through the Old Town, we explored narrow medieval streets, saw rune stones built into walls, and heard stories about everyday life in the past. At key locations like the main square, cathedral, and Royal Palace, the guide consistently connected places to specific Swedish rulers, which made the history much easier to understand and remember. Highlights included the royal burial church on Riddarholmen, the site of the Stockholm Bloodbath, and the Royal Palace. The tour ended with a ferry to Djurgården, where we visited the Vasa Museum. A big added value was that the guide also shared great recommendations on what else to see in Stockholm after the tour. Very informative, well-paced, and engaging throughout—highly recommended.
Thank you very much for this very kind and thoughtful review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us. All the best, Frankie

Our tour with Ana of Vasa Museum and Old City 28/08/25 Ana proved to be an exceptional guide. She effortlessly conveyed her enthusiasm for her topic, and shared the depth of her knowledge. She had a light touch and a sense of humour. We particularly liked that she was a keen researcher. For example, when we asked her about a topic she didn’t have an immediate answer to (the positioning of a tall factory chimney in a square of palatial buildings) she looked it up during her break. We not only learned about why the chimney was there, it was the remains of building originally purposed for newspaper publishing, we also learned something of how the publishing industry operated at the time. This might just be our pleasure to know about how things work, but Ana joined in and made it important. The tour was delightful. We would recommend Ana as a guide to anyone thinking of taking a tour around Stockholm. Susie and Tony
