SOBAGIRI-RAKUJYO ist ein Aktivitätsladen, in dem Besucher die Herstellung von Ramen-Nudeln, einem beliebten japanischen Gericht, auf authentische Weise erleben können. Im Gegensatz zu billigen Kocherlebnissen, bei denen lediglich kommerzielle Produkte kombiniert werden, ist dieses Erlebnis einzigartig in Kappabashi, der Stadt der Küchenmesser. Es wird ein großes Küchenmesser verwendet, das speziell für die Nudelherstellung entwickelt wurde, damit Sie sich im dünnen Schneiden von Nudeln ohne Verwendung von Maschinen versuchen können, indem Sie die Soba-Soba-Schneidetechnik anwenden, die seit der Edo-Zeit verwendet wird. Our group had an amazing time at this ramen-making class! The entire experience was incredibly well organized, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make it fun and stress-free. The instructors kept the class entertaining while teaching us how to make delicious ramen from scratch. We especially appreciated that they took photos throughout the class so we could simply enjoy the experience. This is a top-notch establishment and absolutely worth the price. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

The soba noodles were very carefully taught and the result was very delicious. I think it's highly recommended for international guests.
