Entdecken Sie Oaxaca jenseits der Touristenattraktionen und radeln Sie mit einer kleinen Gruppe von 6 Fahrern und professionellen MTB-Guides zum Tule-Baum, dem breitesten Baum der Welt. Die Tour führt über einen XCO-MTB-Trail für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene und erkundet die Landschaft von Oaxaca, ihre Flora und Fauna. Am Ende der Strecke erreichen wir die Stadt Santa María del Tule, die Heimat des größten Baumes Mexikos. Dort wird Ihnen das Bike Flow-Team die kulturelle, ökologische und historische Bedeutung des „Tule-Baumes“ erläutern, was uns helfen wird, unseren Standpunkt besser zu verstehen und ihm den Respekt zu erweisen, den ein Gigant verdient. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt über den Radweg oder, falls die Gruppe dies beschließt, kann der Weg auch noch einmal zurückgelegt werden, um vor der Rückkehr in die Stadt noch einmal die Berglandschaft zu genießen. (Bei Gruppen ab 4 Fahrern ist ein zusätzlicher Guide inklusive, und die Gruppe kann sich aufteilen und verschiedene Routen fahren.) Während der heißen Jahreszeit (März-Mai) können wir zu kühleren Zeiten (7 Uhr) beginnen, ideal, um für ein gutes Frühstück anzukommen.

Reiseverlauf
Wir besuchen den alten Tule-Baum, seinen malerischen Hauptplatz sowie seine Umgebung und frühstücken dann auf dem Tule-Gastronomiemarkt, einem köstlichen lokalen Gericht (nicht inbegriffen). (Es wird empfohlen, Bargeld mitzubringen, da Karten nicht akzeptiert werden oder es in der Stadt Banken gibt.)

This was a fun morning. Ivan led a group of 7 riders and provided excellent instruction. He is personable and knowledgeable about riding and the destination. The bikes were in great condition, ready to ride. If you like biking and want to see the Tule tree, this is a great way to do it.
The tour was awesome, everyone very friendly and the garden next to the tree is beautiful as well. I can really recommend taking the tour!

Bike Flow were very friendly and provided great bikes and helmets. The ride to Tule through the back streets and then on dirt tracks was great fun and quite easy for even inexperienced bikers. Our guide, Leo took us to meet a friend in a small village who showed us his original bakery and we bought some bread to eat at Tule. Tule was interesting, the village is spotlessly clean and the gardens around the square and church were very pretty. Only disappointment was the ride back was along the main highway on a safe cycle track but with Lorries and cars all the way - would rather have come back on the dirt tracks. Otherwise great fun and our guide was great.
It was lots of fun biking through the park. We saw agave fields enroute to seeing the giant Tule tree. The old railway was the bike path through the city.
Wonderful guide to Alex. It was not only an interesting tour, but with a great company. Besides, he was always attentive to my needs along the way.

Humberto gave us a chance to experience a taste of mountain biking, in this beautiful part of the world. Luis guided us carefully and swiftly to an abandoned mine, and also the stoutest tree in the world. It was a perfect way to spend the morning getting exercise, and seeing things you would never see in a vehicle.
