This was one of the most fun adventures we did on Maui. Matt and his team are great. My son and I had one of the best days on Maui riding with Maui Bombers. Definitely something totally different and exiting. I would definitely do again if we ever get back to Maui. Definitely better then sitting on a beach all day!!! Thank you Matt for an unforgettable time memory my son and I will carry for many years to come

Our family of five had a fabulous experience. The private tours were booked and I wasn't sure we would like the group setting as much, but Matt, the owner, has carefully considered and arranged every aspect of the tour to be excellent, fun and safe. Our picky teenagers and college student had not a single complaint and loved everything about the tour - equipment, thoughtful extras, gear, stops, instruction, rides to and from the route, instructors...every single aspect was very well done. It could not have been improved upon. Highly recommend!!!

We booked the Private VIP Buzz Tour (Unguided) and it completely blew us away! Riding up Haleakala in the all-electric VW Buzz van was a total vibe. The perks on this VIP tour are unmatched: amazing breakfast, great lunch, and the best homemade treats you will ever taste. Going unguided gave our group the perfect freedom to enjoy the 19-mile downhill cruise at our own pace without feeling rushed. High-quality bikes, incredibly friendly staff, and free merch to take home! Easily the best thing we did on Maui. Highly recommend Maui Bombers!

Matt and Eric were excellent! They both took great care of our family. Doing the later start gave us open road and provided us everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this tour!

Would 100% recommend this tour!! This adventure was less like ‘cattle call’ bike tour and more like ‘your local friends taking you on their favorite ride! From the friendliness of Eric & Matt, the excellent quality of the equipment, the amazing FREE photos and video, to the homemade treats, it was by far our best experience on Maui!

We had an awesome ride! I sometimes get a little queasy going up a mtn in the backseat but Eric was a great driver and Matt kept us entertained along the way. Very little effort in the cycling with great guides and beautiful scenery. Since Eric was behind us in the car we never worried about someone coming up too close behind us. Our trip was in May and we could literally smell the flowers as we passed by. We left promptly on time and ended our ride with plenty of time left in the day to do other things. A couple of added bonuses were the small group of 5 didn’t make us feel like we had to rush or compete with others and the home made treats were delicious! Thank you for a great day!!!

Really great bike ride! Matt was an excellent host. The trek mountain bikes were perfect & we enjoyed being able to wear regular bike helmets. Felt like the 8am trip allowed us to have the road to ourselves & got the right amount of support along the way. The views were spectacular & the delicious snacks were icing on the cake !!
