Willkommen zu unserem Kochkurs in unserem Restaurant, einem einzigartigen Erlebnis, das Kochkunst mit der atemberaubenden Schönheit der Amalfiküste verbindet. Im Herzen von Positano gelegen, bieten wir nicht nur einen spektakulären Blick auf das kristallklare Meer, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, unter der fachkundigen Anleitung unserer Köche die Geheimnisse der traditionellen italienischen Küche zu entdecken. Unser Kochkurs richtet sich an Liebhaber guter Küche, die lernen möchten, wie man authentische Gerichte mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten zubereitet. Während des Unterrichts haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich an der Zubereitung klassischer Rezepte wie Gnocchi nach Sorrenter Art, frisch gegrilltem Fisch mit aromatischen Kräutern und dem berühmten Limoncello, dem typischen Likör unseres Landes, zu versuchen.

This was the highlight of our 1 week stay in Positano! Rada's rooftop view is spectacular, but what really makes this class special are the people. Kudos to Chef Andrea Ruggiero and team for making the day not only informative, but enchanting. Yes, I said enchanting! We met some lovely people from the states and had a blast cooking and dining with them. Oh, & their limoncello is the BEST of anywhere! Delicious! They all stayed on for over an hour after the class was over, allowing us to sip and chat. Chef even autographed our aprons and totes! Don't hesitate to book this class...it's more than a cooking class...it's an experience!
Enjoyable experience, learned a lot about how to make pizza and pasta from scratch.
The view was spectacular, and the BEST limoncello in Positano! This was the highlight of our entire trip, with special thanks to Chef Andrea, Georgia & Vicki for making us feel so welcome. Had a blast learning recipe tricks from Chef! We learned how to make the most "pillowy" gnocchi, amazing pesto, pizza, and a caprese cake (it's chocolate!) We even received beautiful aprons, cookbook and tote bag autographed by Chef! Thanks guys, you're in our memories forever!
Imma and Georgia were wonderful teachers. Warm and friendly. They taught us so much. The views were incredible. The food was the best I’ve had since arriving in Positano. I highly recommend this class!!!

The rooftop cooking class, with RADA’s Head Chef Andreajn Ruggiero was such a special experience! The views were breathtaking, and Chef Andreajn made the afternoon fun, relaxed, and unforgettable. We learned to cook authentic dishes, picked up great tips, and shared an incredible meal together. It felt less like a class and more like cooking with friends—absolutely a must-do in Positano!
Our cooking class with Chef Ruggiero at Rada was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. From start to finish, the experience was interactive, fun, and absolutely delicious. We prepared a classic margherita pizza with a homemade tomato sauce, fluffy gnocchi tossed in fresh basil pesto, and a chocolate orange cake—a regional favorite. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Positano.

Incredible experience with chef Andrea. Everyone was so helpful and incredibly kind. Our daughter was welcomed with open arms and she loved every moment. By far our favorite part of the trip!
