Queenstown Segway-Tour

We had a party of 3 for our 2 hours tour with Kevin. Due to recent rain and floods our meeting point was changed. Kevin was advising us most promptly and we met with him in another location without problems. We all loved and enjoyed our tour with Kevin. There is a mixture of excitement and a bit of history and fun facts told to us. The segways are easy to operate and control. There is no stress at all to be on them and cruising around Queenstown, along the Lakefront and the Gardens. I highly recommend anyone of all ages to try this tour with Kevin. Best thing we have done on our trip!

Kevin is excellent at the way he does the basic training and knowledge of the local area. Having done a similar segway tour in Europe, Kevin completed a short practical training to ensure balance and control. We then left on the first leg where the segways were set at a slower speed to enable us to enjoy the experience and the sights. Regular stops to cover local history and details. The speed of the seways was increased to a faster speed for more fun and hill trails before the full speed was made available for a fast run along some paths. We had a super time that was only possible with a great host who made you feel safe using the segway while having a great time. This is a fun experience that everyone should try at least once. The setting in Queenstown NZ adds to the experience with the lake and mountain views making the perfect scene.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! We’re a family of four — Mum, Dad and two children — and none of us had ever ridden a Segway before. From start to finish, this experience completely lived up to all of our expectations and more. From the moment we arrived, Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. His welcome, tuition, patience, encouragement and ability to build our confidence made such a difference, especially for first-time Segway riders. He made sure we all felt comfortable and confident before setting off, which got the whole experience off to a brilliant start. And then we got on the Segways… wow! The tour itself was absolutely out of this world. The kids have already said it’s the best thing they’ve ever done! Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about Queenstown and made the tour so much more than just riding around. There were regular stops where he shared interesting history and stories about the area, and he even made it fun and interactive for the kids with little bite-sized quizzes along the way. It was the perfect balance of fun, adventure and learning. The route was fantastic and took us to some breathtaking viewpoints, giving us an amazing opportunity to see Queenstown from a completely different perspective. All in all, this was a genuine five-star experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Segways in Queenstown to anyone visiting the area — whether you’re an experienced Segway rider or, like us, have never been on one before. An unforgettable experience, brilliant for the whole family, and something we would absolutely do again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joined for a Segway tour with my partner on a very cold and rainy day but that did not stop us! Saw some beautiful sights and learnt some New Zealand trivia! Highly recommend
