Went with a big group of friends, they provided transportation there and back, helmets, goggles and water. The guides were super nice and patient, every one had a ton of fun. Highly recommend!
I recently went on an excursion that required about a 40-minute drive to the location, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The ride itself never really picked up speed, barely topping out at around 8 mph. I was hoping for a bit more excitement or variety, but it felt slow and drawn out. We tried to make the most of it by taking in the scenery, but as soon as we started looking around and spacing out a bit, the guide warned us that we were creating gaps that were too big. This made the whole experience feel rigid and rushed, and we didn’t really get to relax or enjoy the surroundings. Overall, after such a long drive to get there, the ride didn’t meet expectations and felt more like a chore than an adventure.
I was in a group with less experienced riders and it just ruined the whole experience. They make the inexperienced riders move to the front which slows down and ruins the experience for everyone else. They should've made the inexperienced people be in the back seeing how there's a guide in the front and back. The tour doesn't cover a lot of land so it doesn't help when you cant ride and enjoy yourself because of others.
I don’t often leave bad reviews, but due to the cost of this excursion I expected so much more. Our time was cut short on the ATVs first off and we were not given the entire time promised. Driving in a single file line less than 15 miles an hour was not very eventful per my boyfriend. I don’t recommend booking the evening experience due to the cost. The tour guides were sweet but this did not make up for the underwhelming experience.

Fantastic Morning, thank you so much Ciara and Chris. As a first timer to quad biking our guide Ciara was informative, patient and gave me the confidence to handle the bike and the trails. After a first more gentle lap we got to do a second more technical trail. We had such a blast! My one very small point is that the pick up area at the Mandalay could be better signposted in the booking/ticket information. We ended up having to ask the hotel valets where to go. So anyone wondering it’s the Beach Level/tour pick up area, not the main taxi area at the front of the hotel. Thanks guys!!
We did not get to go fast, it seemed like we just went in circles around the base camp, we didn’t even get to take pictures of the sunset we paid an extra $120 to see. We could only take pictures at the starting place, which was the same place we came back to for the break. The team members were knowing pleasant and kept us safe.
Our tours are tailored to keep safety as a top priority, even experience riders struggle with the desert terrain sometimes. We do adjust the speed of our tours based on the average riding skills of the group. We cannot push first timers to go faster risking a crash. Sorry.
It’s absolutely amazing. Never done quad biking before and loved it. It’s much hotter out there than on the strip. Take water to top up what they give you. Everything was fully explained and easy to follow.
Wonderful experience! The guides were great! Beautiful scenes and tons of fun! Will do again if we have the opportunity to come back to Vegas!
