Unsere Tour beginnt am Huracan Beach Club, wo Sie vor dem Einsteigen an unserer Rezeption am Meer einchecken. Sobald alle an Bord sind, beginnt das Erlebnis mit einem Stopp zum Schnorcheln am Korallenriff, wenn es die Seebedingungen und die Marina-Anweisungen zulassen. Während dieses Stopps können Sie Meerestiere, bunte Fische und Korallenriffe sehen. Nach dem Schnorcheln beginnt die Party. Genießen Sie eine offene Bar mit nationalen Getränken, großartiger Hip-Hop-Musik, Unterhaltung und einer unterhaltsamen Atmosphäre nur für Erwachsene an Bord. After being told by our operator that we would be sitting in a communal van for 2 hours each way, we decided to hire a private transfer to avoid eating in to our vacation time. We provided the new transfer company with the address given, and the driver took us to the wrong location. We had no idea where we were, and had little to no cell service. We ended up going back to the resort for safety reasons. This company denied a refund after dealing with an incident that was out of our control and an unfulfilled excursion. I understand it’s not their fault, but it also wasn’t ours. Even a partial refund or credit would have been appreciated.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the excursion. Our shared transportation was fully organized and scheduled for an early pick up since your resort is located farther from our base, the ride would not have exceeded two hours. As the private transfer was arranged independently, we unfortunately had no control over that service. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you in the future for the full experience.

Yo, listen up! You gotta book this NOWWWW!! We had an absolute blast! The music was fire, the vibe was everything, and our boat was packed with at least 100 people just living it up! Everyone was TURNED TF UP! 🎉 Pro tip: bring your own drinks so you can sip on whatever you like. This experience was a straight-up 10/10, no doubt the highlight of our trip! Don’t miss out!

I decided to try the Party Boat after hearing about it during the Private Boat Tour, and it did not disappoint! The snorkeling at the reefs was awesome, but the real highlight was the natural pool, where everyone was dancing and enjoying the unlimited drinks. The atmosphere was so much fun, and the staff kept the party going. If you’re in Punta Cana and looking for an energetic day on the water, this tour is definitely worth it!

The only decent experience was a driver was very nice and picked us up on time. There was a lot of confusion as far as directions and what to do once we arrived on the beach. We didn’t get on the boat until after 345pm and our excursion was booked for 230pm. It was very unorganized and uncoordinated. Once we got onto the boat, we were never offered an actual bar or liquor or any snacks ! The workers kept trying to get us to buy over priced food items and bottles of liquor. The reservation stated an open bar and snacks included. It was very misleading. After I talked with the guy who was trying to sell me the liquor bottle he then tried to charge me a fee for using my card. It also mentioned snorkeling and never once were we offered snorkeling equipment nor were we even in a good place to snorkel. We then were brought back to the boat around 545 when we were promised a 4 hr tour. I personally wouldn’t book with this company again.

On the day of your tour (a Saturday), we had a particularly high number of guests (around 300) which required coordination across several boats. While this did cause a brief delay in the boarding process, we can confirm that your boat departed at approximately 3:15 PM. Despite the later start, all guests received the full 3 hours catamaran experience as clearly outlined in our product description on Viator. We would also like to clarify that our tour includes an open bar with national drinks only, such as Presidente beer and four flavors of cocktails. We do not include premium liquors or extra food beyond the snacks we advertise: nachos with cheese and tropical fruits. This is all transparently stated in our listing. If someone approached you trying to sell premium liquor or other food items, they were likely independent beach vendors at the natural pool area and not affiliated with our staff. Our team members wear identifiable uniforms and are trained not to engage in unauthorized sales. Regarding the snorkeling portion of the tour, it is the first activity once guests board the catamaran, and we provide masks and life vests for those who wish to participate. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the snorkeling spot; however, it is considered one of the best areas for this activity in the Bávaro area, and we have never received a complaint about its suitability before. Lastly, you mentioned expecting a 4 hours tour. Please note that our standard catamaran excursion is a 3 hours experience, as stated in the tour description. Only guests who book private charters have the option to customize longer durations. We are unsure where the 4 hours expectation originated, but we are confident that our team did not provide incorrect information on this point. We sincerely regret that this experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold, but we hope this response provides clarity. An amazing experience! The music was really good the whole time, creating an atmosphere that made you want to dance nonstop. The people were super friendly, and you could tell everyone was there to have a great time. The weather was perfect, which made everything even better. The boat was in excellent condition—clean and comfortable—and the staff was very helpful and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, it was an outing to remember… I’d definitely go again!
