Only one stop to snorkel 45 min. Staff on catamaran were not helpful. No instruction about putting on mask and snorkel. No flippers. Asked staff 3 different times to assist with mask for my granddaughter as face is narrow only one size mask. Never got a fit that didn’t leak so couldn’t really snorkel to see fish. Last stop is “natural pool” which was just still murky green water no paddle board or any other equipment to use could just stand in the water. Advertised as family trip but emphasis was on drinking alcohol and dancing to loud music. Staff not helpful at all even for getting a soda and chips. I would not recommend this activity.

This excursion was AMAZING!! If you are traveling with smaller kids the music does tend to get very loud

Me my partner and our 2 kids went for out for the day and had the most amazing time. All the staff made us feel so welcome, in particular the barman (sorry can’t remember his name) he had amazing energy and was just a nice guy. Would definitely recommend to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good time, 2 different spots for: snorkeling then swimming. Great crew, no seaweed at the spots either. The boat was a bit older.

Pick up and drop off was good. The people for the driving and the excursion were fantastic. The excursion was fun and would totally recommend it to everyone. I would go back.

1/5 this was so bad. We had to request a refund. They said no. This was the only tour to snorkel advertised as a family tour. We got onboard and the music was so loud and banging my 9 year old burst into tears the lady next to us was in a state . I couldn’t enjoy snorkel as the music was still banging while I was snoring. We asked to turn music down even a little ans he said NO. For 3 hours we were trapped with no where to go. The snorkel was about 400 m from the beach no coral and we didn’t need a boat. Then it turned into a booze cruize with 20 other boats all very loud banging music. I like loud Reggie music. This was crazy and no refund so posting on here

My wife and I went on this catamaran and had a great time! The crew was very friendly and fun. We got to snorkel and cruise around, and spent a good amount of time in the water at the natural pool. We purchased the photos from Franciso, which turned out great. Would recommend.

*realistic review for families with young kids (4-7)*: not suitable for little kids. Not beginner snorkeling as no instructions or help is provided. Expect a long day of driving to and from. The price point matches the experience. So I will give them extra points for being realistic in that regard. Staff on the boat were friendly. The staff at the bebe meeting point were not. The bathroom at the bebe meeting spot is rough but does the trick, but the lady expects a tip for giving you toilet paper. The truck that picks you up is like an open cargo safari type truck- we were moving and breaking at high speeds, with metal bars at face level for little kids. Also got windshield washer sprayed on us every time they cleaned their windshield. It was a very long trip. If you are at hard rock they will pick you up first, drive around picking everyone else up for 1.5 hours. Then on the way home, they do not reverse it, so you are driving around for 1.5 hours dropping others off. It was incredibly hard with little kids- I was not expecting this long of a day for little ones. and would not have booked it if I knew. The info is also not mentioned anywhere before booking. Not great snorkeling, no instructions. Very rushed. Stayed way too long in the murky sand bar, between other large boats, not much room. so if you were not interested then you were sitting on board with extremely loud music for an hour. Dorritos and fruit skewers were offered. No drinks/alcoholic drinks were offered. The staff did some dancing with the kids in the end which was fun but otherwise the kids were asking to go back. Limited shade on the boat.
