This was not an organized tour just someone taking you from the hotel, pick up a taxi in the street for you ( paid by you), getting to the cable car ( paid by you), getting out on a busy road and supposed to walik for 30 min on the side of a road full of traffic ( otherwise getting a taxi paid by you) getting in a shared mini van used by local people small and crowded, getting out on the main road, walking from the main road to the museum ( paid by you) . And getting back to your hotel in the same way. Nio Titicaca lake or boat trip. Overall a not enjoyable experiece
Very well, ma'am, first of all, you need to learn to read. In our explanation, the concept of "experiential" is clearly stated. This means discovering and getting to know another country as it should be known, living like any other Bolivian. It is clearly described there what is and isn't included. You should also remember that we wrote to you (48 hours in advance) pointing out AGAIN what this service included and didn't include (YOU AGREED TO EVERYTHING). People like you who don't visit places, who don't travel just to criticize, shouldn't travel. People like you who, after using the service, write to badmouth a company are despicable. We gave you what we promised, and yet you still make unpleasant reviews, just like you.
Pick was on time and no issues Great Guide Beautiful day Highly recommend it. A must see . Titicaca is something to behold.
It was a long day but it was very fun to chase the public transportations. The Sun island and Lake Titicaca were beautiful.
Our guide’s English was pretty bad. We hardly understood anything about lake, history, etc… But worst part - when we booked - it said we are going to have some public transportation. Well. Everything was public transportation. 9 hours total on the public bus with stops and very crowded with locals carrying their home stuff… Even boat ride was public. Very confusing, exhausting trip. Did not enjoyed at all. End up been 16 hours of torcher…
Our guides are Bolivian, speaking a foreign language, they cannot speak like a person born in an English-speaking country, our guides learn to try to improve, compared to certain people who don't even care to learn and only criticize those who do, ,, 2.- It is good that people read carefully the services we offer, nowhere does it say "something" about public transport, you should have asked for more information about the service, through VIATOR. Or the same day that we contacted him, and we asked him if he had any questions,,,,,, Once informed, he could cancel the Service without any problem, or perform a PRIVATE service….. 3.- We write to all our passengers days before, informed about the service, and this is an EXPERIENCE service…. We share with the people of our country... we offer an original experience, how we live, how we transport ourselves, how we eat, and all the activities we do every day, that's what we show, it's a shame that certain types of people ,,,, do not want to enjoy the experience of knowing another country and only dedicate yourself to criticizing…..
The best of my life and the guide Ricky ask for it is great and teaches you whole bolivia is kind and a unique experience you will take. Thank you so much.
The tour managers contacted me via Whatsapp as soon as I arrived in Bolivia. They informed in detail how everything would happen. On the day of the tour, they were punctual, polite and pleasant. Ricardo made us feel safe. The guide, Pablo, was very attentive and spoke with property about the places we visited. The lunch was very delicious, with the interesting vegetarian option. We were very pleased!
