This was genuinely one of the most special experiences of my entire life! Our guide was beyond passionate, knowledgeable, and kind. We first began with a walking tour where he pointed out floral and fauna, as well as important cultural elements. After, we kayaked down the most beautiful river where he continued to educate us and point out animals we surely would’ve missed without him. I had never kayaked before, and now I love it! Our guide even found us a sloth coming down a tree from the river which is very rare! We had an incredible experience on the nature hike and river kayak tour! Our guide François was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much information about the local plants, animals, and ecosystem throughout the entire adventure. Thanks to their keen eye, we spotted an amazing variety of wildlife that we never would have noticed on our own. The combination of hiking through the beautiful rainforest and kayaking along the river made for a perfect day in nature. We saw far more wildlife than we expected and learned so much along the way. The guide’s passion for Costa Rica’s natural beauty truly made the experience special. Francisco was great! He was very knowledgeable not only about the wildlife and nature we spotted during our trek but he also was able to speak to the local history/culture. I would recommend to anyone visiting this part of Costa Rica.

Very nice trip. Friendly guide, told a lot about nature and a piece of culture. Seen a lot. Sloths, turtles and other animals and plants. Canoe trip was beautiful.

My husband, teenage son and I took this tour with Yara yesterday and had an amazing experience. She has a keen eye for spotting sloths, monkeys, lizards, birds and a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna. We are so grateful to have had this experience with her- she kept it fun and interesting!

Guide was a sympathetic guest who spoke good English and knew a lot about the area. He took all the time and made it a nice one anyway. Especially the canoe trip was fun. Many animals spotted, including sleeping bats. . Excursions are not cheap in Costa Rica, but this one was definitely worth the money

Amazing experience. We saw more interesting animals on this trip than any of our other guided tours throughout the entire trip. Excellent and knowledgeable guide. Great for families and kids.

I would recommend the kayak and jungle walk Tour.  We were the only people, so we had our own private tour with Rob our friendly tour guide. His knowledge and keen eye for spotting the abundant wildlife added to the experience. There were a few big groups, but we managed to avoid them as the creek was wide enough in places. We found it very immersive drifting along in the kayaks observing the surroundings with the sunlight beaming down through the tall tree canopy above listening to the sounds of the rainforest. The highlight of our trip has the numerous turtle & sloth sightings and even being able to observe one lowering its self-down to the river to drink water.  Best way to get there was by Tuktuk one way then pick one up from the carpark afterwards.

This was a great value for money tour. Francisco was excellent and very knowledgeable with both the flora and fauna, as well as local history.
