We hired the Nordic transfer service to and from the airport, and the experience was terrible. When they picked us up at the airport, we were loading our suitcase onto the transfer, but the driver told us, "Let me do it; I will load it," so we assumed it was already loaded and got into the vehicle. Upon arrival at our destination, we discovered that the suitcase had never been loaded. The most serious issue was the complete lack of responsibility and assistance from both the driver and the company. Instead of helping us resolve the problem, they told us that only after finishing their entire route — approximately an hour and a half later — could they take us back to the airport "to see if it was still there." We had to pay for an Uber round trip ourselves to return immediately to the airport, where the suitcase had indeed been left behind. Afterwards, we requested reimbursement for those expenses, as the error was clearly on the part of the transfer service, but they stopped responding to our messages and to this day we are still without a solution. Very poor customer service and zero accountability for a problem generated by their own staff. Instead of helping us solve the issue immediately, they told us they could only take us back to the airport after finishing their entire route — about an hour and a half later — "to check if the suitcase was still there." We had to pay for an Uber round trip ourselves to return to the airport immediately, where the suitcase was indeed left behind. Afterwards, we requested reimbursement for the Uber expenses since the mistake was clearly caused by their service, but they stopped responding to our messages and we are still waiting for a solution. I booked round trip to the airport; on the way there, they dropped us off at another hotel, and on the way back, they did not pick us up directly. When I complained, they told me that my flight was canceled, which was not true. They did not deign to refund the money, even though we had to take a taxi and almost missed the flight waiting for them; they also did not answer the phone at that moment.

A very easy pickup and delivery. Very easy to find once out of the airport
Communication was poor. Received a text, and the pickup time was late in the evening, and we were landing the morning. I sent a reply but received a auto response that they were closed. No one followed up, so we had to cancel and use a local taxi. Unfortunately, we had paid ahead of time, and were not given a refund. I don't recommend this service.
Excellent service. We were the only passengers for the journeys from both airport to hotel, as well as from hotel to airport. Both journeys were only about 30mins. Traffic was smooth and drivers were punctual and they whatsapp info on meeting time and place a day ahead. Would definitely recommend the airport transfer service. They also provide transport to the Argentina side of Iguazu Falls but we didn't know beforehand.
Do NOT take a change of clothes. You dry quickly and carrying around extra stuff is a ball-and-chain around your FUN.
Easy to find the driver, he waited a bit for another passenger (but I guess their flight was delayed - he never arrived) and I was the only person in the transport! Went direct to my accommodation and was very smooth
Agency would be little and employees at all professional. On the 20th of 11th I had contracted the transfer from Iguazu airport to the hotel. The flight had been delayed in Buenos Aires due to weather problems, we arrived in Iguaçu around 3 a.m. and on arrival the driver tells me that he was NOT ON THE LIST AND THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE US (it was a reservation for 5 people), being that the previous day they had contacted me from the agency to confirm the transfer. I ask the driver if he could arrange the transfer since it was not a mistake of mine, perhaps placing me in another Transfer. To which the driver replies that it was my fault for arriving at that time since everyone was sleeping. THE FLIGHT HAD BEEN DELAYED I HAD NO RESPONSIBILITY AND HAD THE TRANSFER PAYMENT. The only option that the driver gives me was to wait 2 or 3 hours that when he vacated he wanted me and my family, I flatly refused. We ended up taking STOPS in the combi, as having no trunk, the bags of the other passengers occupied FOUR seats. The five of us traveled standing in the hallway, my mom being an older person. TRAFFIC VIOLATION FOR A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER. That wasn't all... For the return, on 23/11 we also had contracted the hotel-airport transfer. When I received no information, I contacted them to confirm transfer schedule and after a few hours, they respond and confirm. That time came and the combi DID NOT COME, the minutes passed and after half an hour I write to consult: THEY DIDN'T ANSWER ME. I searched the vaucher for the contact number and telephoned the office, it was Sunday almost 9.30pm. I am attended by a girl and when I explain the situation happens to me with a partner, I explain everything again and the boy replies that the flight HAD BEEN DELAYED SO THE TRANSFER WAS GOING TO HAPPEN LATER. To which I reply that those questions have to be warned and the boy "very kindly" replies that IT WAS OBVIOUS. Faced with his rude reply, I ask for his name, he tells me that it will happen to me with another companion and cuts off my phone. I call again three times and all three times they cut ME OFF, denying me the possibility to talk to them and ask for an explanation in the face of such disproxity. How I was in the vicinity, I approached the office and there were the three people in question. Needless to say, I was treated in a very rude way even the girl who spoke to me (Florencia) raised her voice. I just needed to be confirmed if they would come looking for me or not since I was with family standing on the sidewalk of the hotel. Florence replied that she had a lot of work and that she had to contact the other passengers and that she could not "WASTE TIME WITH ME" as they had sent me confirmation with the new schedule. That confirmation was sent to me when I was AT THE AGENCY IN FRONT OF THEM. I cannot express the bad time I lived through this agency or these employees who played with my time both to look for me from the airport and to take me back to it. The transfer looked for us almost two hours later than planned, that is, we were standing on a sidewalk for two hours without having security from the agency. When the Transfer arrived he asked us what had happened and commenting very briefly on the situation, he replied "WE DID NOT KNOW WHO WE WERE MESSING WITH". I hope no one has to go through the moments I went through with my family. Unprofessional, disrespectful. They marred a family weekend we had planned a long time ago. EMBARRASSING THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE (IF YOU CAN CALL IT SERVICE) adding that in addition to being blocked from social networks then commenting on my experience on an Instagram photo. I hope this will reach whoever it is and that tourists will not be treated badly.
